My wife went in here looking for some heels really quickly since we were pressed for time. Some lady in here was obviously watching my wife like she was gonna steal something. She didn’t look at anybody else like that and she didn’t even ask if she needed any help while she was staring. We will not be coming back here. Seems to me like racial profiling.

This pace is huge. But I know for a woman… it will never be enough. I am just like wow how many shoes does a woman need??? This place is located in a nice shopping area. Its got a huge selection of shoes. Even then, it still took my wife a while to figure out what she wanted. Why do I need to go with this woman when she needs a pair of shoes? In any case, there is staff that will walk around the area to check on you and see if you need assistance. Its basically a DSW shoe store… just different brands associated with it.

This is an okay shoe store that is set up just like my favorite shoe store, DSW. The options/brands are not as great, but you can still find a decent pair at a decent price. I am an avid DSW shopper, so maybe I’m biased… no, DSW is better.

This is DSW’s twin. The floor layout is identical and they pretty much carry all of the same shoes. And like DSW, the prices are low to really high. I bought some really cute and comfy clogs for $ 20, regularly $ 60. The staff was friendly without being intrusive. This was my first time shopping here and I would imagine it won’t be my last!

This DSW-ish store has a pretty good set-up. Lots of options for everyone, great prices(from really cheap to higher end), and friendly associates. My only real complaint was that the shoes were fairly picked over & disorganized at the time. I still managed to find some good deals & walked away pleased. They also carry some belts, bags, & small accessories. I didn’t have time to browse those, but at least the options are there. I didn’t know it even existed, but I’ll definitely be back for a visit.

First let me say I live in E. Plano. My son bought a pair of shoes at the location at Grapevine Mills Mall. He wore the shoes and decided they were too big. I called the Grapevine Mills location to see if they would take them back even though they were worn and they said they would but mentioned they had a store out here in Plano now. The man on the phone said it was up to each manager on whether or not to take worn shoes back. Well, we decided to give Plano a try. Not only would they exchange the shoes but because they didn’t have the shoes at the Plano location the girl working at the store offered to meet the manager from Grapevine Mills Mall on her own time, get the shoes and bring them to the Plano store so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Grapevine Mills Mall. Now that’s CUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Wonderful. The shoes are pretty cool too. Great prices, many shoes to browse and no pushy sales people.

HOORAY, a new shoe store, and super close to my work! {hmm…positive or negative?} I dropped into Off Broadway last week when I had a few minutes to kill — just wanted to check out their selection. They had a TON of shoes and at all price points, from dirt cheap(kinda) to the high dollar brands. The set up is pretty identical to DSW. Wish I had more time to browse, but I’ll be back for sure. I should point out though — the only con to this place is the harassment of all the sales people. If I need help, I will FINDYOU, I promise. I felt like every isle I walked down people were asking me what I was looking for and how could they help me and how my day was going and blah blah BLAH. I know they were trying to be helpful and friendly, but when I’m shopping I just want to look around and be in my own world… I don’t want to converse.
