Forced to come here to pick up food for folks. Never been greeted with any type of respect, the food is bland, and the ownership seems satisfied with the fact that people have no choice but end up here because they don’t have very much other choice for desi food locally.

I have been ordering from Plano village few times, very reasonably priced and food taste is OK, I can never sit and eat inside this place it just smells horrible, And please don’t expect spoon fork napkins even for take out food, we ordered food to eat out at the park and there was no spoons forks to eat with, I would not come back to this place again!!!

Food good. Bad customer service. Employees have long faces may be under paid or just angry.

It’s always hit or miss. I am always scared to try them one more time. I think they need to pay as much focus on taste as much as they do it on meat quality

Last few time I have been here the place really stinks… I don’t mean the quality of food. I mean the place really stinks… As in smells bad. Food tastes good but please fix the odor issue

The staff behind the counter cooking the food didn’t use gloves. The people delivering the food touched money and then the food as they tried to deliver to customers. Service was horrible.

Went here for dinner with my friends. They have great Iftar buffet, but we choose from the menu. There brain masala and nihari was awesome. We were suggest to have their whole chicken but they were out. You should totally check this place out.

The food is amazing and comes with an amazing price. The chicken biryani was delicious although the portions weren’t that big but for only $ 1.99? it was still good. Will return.

Very poor quality and greasy food. Tried their lunch Thali and felt robbed. It came with one Grilled Chicken item, some Dal, some lettuce they called vegetables, rice and a very poor quality Jamoon that seemed like it came fresh out of a Haldiram’s container. Poor hygiene too.

You can’t beat a plate full of chicken biryani for $ 1.99, also beef and chicken kabobs and chicken tikka (leg quarter nicely grilled) all for $ 1.99 each. A big piece of hot naan is just $ 0.99.
They are a little slow in getting the food out but not too bad. Everything was fresh and hot.

They have this non veg kabob platter that they serve on a sizzler, I loved it, we also tried chicken boneless Kadai that was good too !! Definitely a must try place, ambiance was little gloomy that’s why one less star

Great food, selection and prices. I pick up food on average once a week, usually biryani and something else.

Super slow service, 25mins for one dish to go order. 1.99 biryani is the only consolation.

Worth the wait time and the results speak for themselves. Great option for non-​veg and excellent value for the food. Wait time is inconsistent. Butter chicken, moghlai mutton korma, kababs and more. I would also like to thank Raja for his service.

Food wise, it is decent. However half of the items on the menu is not readily available. good enough for one time visit.

The boneless chicken thigh and the seekh beef kabab was awesome and the costumer service they are so kind and sweet you will love this place
Don’t for get the Saturday and Sunday breakfast everything would be really good and cheap

Food was fantastic but took much longer than the quoted ten minutes. We ordered a family platter for value, but it would have been cheaper if we ordered separately. Music is an abhorrent instrumental. The service was terrible and the seating arrangement is awkward.
The waiter didn’t introduce himself and refused to address any women at our table. My mother asked him a question directly and he didn’t even acknowledge. This is completely rude service, regardless of religious views. In addition, he stood hovering over my father waiting for him to sign the check.
The table itself is placed so far from the booth, it’s hard to reach food or eat in a civilized manner. Additionally, there were children running around from another party and the restaurant refused to ask the parents to control the situation.
In summary, good food, but terrible service. I suppose lacking service should be expected in an ethnic restaurant, but there is no reason to be rude and dismissive of women.

We arrived at 9 and ordered some biryani, a couple of kabab dishes and a chicken dish that I am struggling to remember the name of.
The place was almost empty but we still had to wait 45 minutes for the food. The wait was not helped by the very dull elevator style instrumental music playing.
Once the food came, it was really quite good. I would give 4 stars for the food but subtract 1 star for the long wait for an overall score of 3 stars.

The food here is excellent, Chicken Biryani is only $ 1.99. Chicken Karahi is very good, the best in Dallas. Chicken Kebab came out hot and fresh, all the food taste very fresh. Naan is always fresh and hot. Service was excellent both times I went and the staff was very friendly and fast, prices are very low as well. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and nice also. I’ve eaten a lot of Indian food in Dallas and this place was clearly the best one. I will definitely be coming back here and telling my family and friends about this place.
