Trying out a new dry cleaner is scary. Reviewers are always saying the dry cleaner is either the worst ever and destroyed their clothes or they are the best dry cleaner on earth and every shirt comes back with a crisp dollar bill… End of the day, Perry’s is a good dry cleaner. I’ve used them half a dozen times and I haven’t had any issues. I am only giving them 3 stars and won’t be using them again myself because they no longer accept American Express and that is the only form of payment I use.

Not impressed at all. Used them a few times because they’re conveniently located, but I’ll drive a little further from here on out. I don’t know if they’ve changed hands since these 5 star reviews went up, but this is SO not 5 star quality work. Men’s dress shirts come back with press creases on the front — not one, but ALL of the shirts and the creases are always on the right side and a few inches above the belt line, so it’s pretty obvious that the machine has a hiccup and no one cares enough to fix it. Pants were fine until the last ones I picked up — there some kind of sticky spot on the leg of one pair about 4 inches above the cuff. Not a stain, mind you, but tacky gunk. I might not have noticed it had I not needed to apply a little hem tape to that pair, but you expect items coming back from the dry cleaner to be CLEAN. Moving on…

«You must consider the bottom line, but make it integrity before profits.» — Denis Waitley I’m a firm believer that if you frequent a business long enough at some point there will be an instance where the service level will not be what it normally is. It is impossible for a company to be 100% all of the time however it’s not the seldom slips in service that determine whether I’ll continue going back, it’s the company’s response. I’ve gone to Perry’s for a while and I’ve received great service at a great price. Recently there was an incident in which pair of jeans that I dropped off was damaged. The owner and his wife handled the situation quickly, fairly and with a level of respect and care greater than anything that I’ve ever experienced. They made it clear to me that they appreciate my business and that my satisfaction with their service was more important than profit. In a world where many companies are only focused on the bottom line, I’m very grateful to the owners of Perry’s for having integrity. I will continue doing business with them and referring others and I wish them many many years of success! Support small businesses.

I went to Perry’s over the winter break to dry clean one peacoat. The clerk was friendly and approachable, but the service was not very timely. Although the holiday season is always in a rush, I paid $ 5 for one jacket to be dry-cleaned and still had to wait 2 days to pick it up. The cleaning was well done, so besides the wait time, I was satisfied.
