I wish I could give less than one star. I scheduled a deep clean because I was putting my house on the market. I was so disappointed!!! My baseboards were not cleaned, the cleaning team decided to take a lunch break while on my clock and then over charged for 30 more minutes than they were really here. I watched while they chatted after the cleaning in front of my house by their vehicles(I guess that was part of on the clock time billed too). I called Shelly the next day and she said she would talk to the women and she would get back to me. Over a week later I have yet to get a phone call from anyone. I could go on and on but I guess I will just call my bank and see what rights I have for not getting full satisfaction from the service.

Stay away from this cleaning service. It is horribly managed, over-priced and the maids are completely lacking in cleaning experience. Their price-points and price inflexibility are laughable. I have better cleaning equipment and supplies in my house than what I saw these maids bring with them. I also have more cleaning experience than they do! Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I can’t stress enough to seek services elsewhere.

I have to agree with the guy below. They don’t give a rat’s ass about retention or the quality of work. I know that they were going thru a transition and had a high turnover rate with their maids. However, that is something that the company needs to work thru and still provide good service. I had to call them several times after they came because they missed many things. They cleaned AROUND the rugs in my kitchen. Did not pick them up to mop or anything. This happened several times. We never had the same maids. Always people that were not familiar with our home or our needs. The last time, they missed many things in the home, including lots of ashes on the hearth in front of the fire place. Come on! I also gave them a wire hanger to unclog something in their vacuum. Then a couple of days later, my husband found the hanger all folded up and stuck between furniture and the wall!!! REALLY!!! Take it with you or give it back to me! I called them to make them aware and I told them that we were done using them. She just said, «Okay, we will take you off.» No attempt to remedy or keep her steady customer. No apology for bad service. I called the corporate office to let them know how this location was representing their company. DONOTUSETHEM!!!

Horrible service– I had them clean my simple two bedroom apt, 3 out of 5 times it was horrible service and I called to get it corrected and they said sorry– we are booked up… I was furious… They do not give a rats A$$ about customer retention or about quality of their work… This is my personal experience and I would NOTRECOMMEND them to anyone at all…

I appreciate all the extra touches like fluffing the sofa pillows, folding the throw blankets and arranging the magazines. It makes it so nice to come home to a house that is not only clean but is tidy and organized.
