I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and have had nothing but great service. The guys working here have always been super nice and helpful. Besides oil changes, I’ve also had minor repair work and inspections done here and have always been very pleased. I live near another Kwik Kar but always drive a few more miles to this one because I get such great service. Make sure to download the app and use it, you can get coupons for discounts on different services. Highly recommended!

The car wash is good, but DON’T let them near the rest of your car.
I wanted a state inspection and they told me i had bad brakes and wouldn’t give the car a passing grade.
They quoted a god awful price if i would let them do the work.
I don’t let anybody but Christian Brothers work on my car! I went to my Regular oil change guys across from CB’s, and you guessed it, NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR!
I see that other people got the same scam line i did.
Hey, they can wash my car… But that’s ALL!!!
Now its $ 7 for plain car wash, and they were downright obnoxious! Hard sell on the upgrades, yada, yada, !!
What part if «NO, I just want BASIC car wash!» don’t you get??? I’ m going to look elsewhere! Hate being bullied into choices i don’t want!!! Try listening to your customers!

Great service! Need to offer easily accessible coupons via their phone app from time to time. Also, website lists android app link but there is a iPhone app available too. So be sure and get that if you have an iPhone. The main attraction is the great attitude and service of staff and management. I will go out of my way to give this location my business.

I don’t trust this place for any work beyond a simple oil change. Their lead mechanic is as enthusiastic/​engaging as a block of wood. They leave me with very little confidence when I ask basic questions, thus I do my own oil changes now.

WTF? I have to quote Bible verse (John 3:16) for a discount??? This place used to be first class, I drove out of my way to come here. Now, I have to ask you to wash my windshield, like you are supposed to do? Last time I’m coming here!

I usually never write a review… but, I had to on this. I took my car in because the brakes had a squeal sound coming from them. They told me I had 10% life left on the pads and I needed new ones. They quoted me almost $ 400 on pads and new rotors (which I didn’t need), so I said dang, that’s a lot of money. So, I found a coupon to another brake shop and went there. They said my brakes are fine and I still have 80% left on them and the squeal is because they’re not ceramic brakes but everything is fine. So, I saved myself $ 400 on an un-​honest mechanic/​franchise. Never going to Kwik car again.
