I cannot say enough good things about Todd and Kool Koncepts. Our ac had been slowly dying for approx a year and we knew it wouldn’t make it through another TX summer. We called him at the recommendation of my in-​laws (he has done great work for them and for several other family members) and he came out. He gave us a very reasonable quote (we had 3 different people come to quote us) and made some recommendations that the other companies missed (our ac was the wrong size for our house!). We have had our ac for about 2 months and it works perfectly! Our energy bills are lower and our house is so much more comfortable! I would absolutely recommend him!

Todd is great! He came out when our heat stopped working during the winter weather earlier this year. He was knowledgeable and made recommendations based on what we needed. Pricing was very reasonable, and we haven’t had issues since. I would definitely call him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve relied on Kool Koncepts twice at my house (once to install a new unit, once to repair an older unit). Todd Finley’s work is excellent.
Kool Koncepts has also worked on a/​c and heating issues at four friends houses (including my next door neighbor) and everyone is pleased with the work.
If I have an a/​c or heating issue that I can’t resolve and Mr. Finely is available, he’s the one I’ll use – every time!

Todd Finley and Kool Koncepts are the greatest. Our furnace wouldn’t fire up and we called a different company (that we had used in the past) to come take a look. After charging us an $ 89 service call, the technician said we needed a new gas value and would cost us $ 895! Thankfully, my husband put him off to research the problem and get a second opinion. We got Todd’s name and number from some close friends who use him exclusively. Todd came out the same evening, assessed the problem, discovered it was only the ground wire, and fixed it for us. Total cost? $ 60!!! Amazing. And Todd said that, even if it was the gas valve, it shouldn’t have cost us more than roughly $ 350 to fix, not $ 895! It’s that kind of honest service that will definitely keep us coming back to Todd. He easily could have gouged us, like Collin Air Conditioning was trying to do. We appreciate his honest service.
