My furnace quit working in the beginning of the cool season –November-​, we called Alex Bear and he showed up on time, evaluated the unit, provided an explanation of the issue and a quote for the repair. Within 2 hours the unit was working again and my kids in a comfortable temperature.
Alex is very courteous and friendly, I will definitely use his services again should the heating or air conditioning fails and I certainly recommend him.
