Terrible. Service is ok at best. Food tastes processed. Hash browns seemed like ones that were made and sitting under a warning lamp. The salsa used on the omelette was out a jar. Etc etc

Great breakfast little restaurant. The skillets are yummy and all so fresh. My son and his buddy also enjoyed their breakfast. Love the fact that they use actual eggs and food was tasty. I ordered the philly steak skillet with pancakes on the side. Lots of food that can be shared if you asked me. Place was clean and staff was friendly. I will definitely come back and try other dishes. The menu is pretty big and they serve lunch as well.

I had the Philly cheesesteak skillet with biscuits and gravy. It was very good. I called in to pickup on Mother’s Day. Upon arrival, my order was taken by another. They made my food ASAP again and also gave me a coupon for a free entrée on the next visit. The staff was friendly. I’d go back.

Terrible service. We asked for more sugar, never came. We asked for hot sauce and wait with our food setting on the table for 10 mins, never came. Asked again, the waitress finally bring it to us, but with a very bad attitude. She through the plate with toast on our table. She THROUGH it on our table! !!! Never come again.

Not great for breakfast. Skipped our usual Sunday breakfast place and came here is a mistake. Had the country hash brown skillet that come with pancake and biscuit with gravy. Husband had the Santa Fe skillet. The presentation of this dish sucks. Can hardly see and taste the sausage/meat because it’s very tiny for my dish. The scramble egg look so bad it’s like somebody’s vomit. Hash brown taste like uncook and not crispy. Just plain yellow color. No favor for the entire dish. Both our pancakes came out burn and taste very chewy. I have not had such bad pancake before. We only took couple bites and leave the rest because it’s really bad. The only thing taste good is the biscuit. Waitress doesn’t come as often to fill our coffee. We asked 2 other staffs to help us out. Don’t think I will be back.

What’s not to love at Jimmy’s Egg? Customer service: sweet and friendly Interiors: bright yellow and somehow brought a smile… Food: yummy! I had the egg white omelet with turkey sausage!!! Very satisfying :) The white cheddar and mushrooms on top were just right! My husband and our kids polished off their plates off… Ah! Unheard of for them!

Just not that great. I’ve had better breakfast at IHop and it cost me half as much. Plus, extremely slow when only about 25% full.

I was debating to write a review for this place. Service was very good, food was excellent and no wait at all on Sunday morning. I wish nothing will change and it’s our new breakfast place :) I don’t want people to know about this place because I’m selfish and want this nice place all to myself lol I had eggs Benedict and poached eggs were perfectly cooked and hollandaise sauce was excellent too…

Pedestrian breakfast franchise. Caucasian waitstaff, Asian manager. Hispanic cooks. Major language barrier when it comes to getting orders right. My biscuits and gravy order was light on gravy. I asked for more and was told that they had to charge me .99 cents for extra gravy. Not a customer driven response. I should count this as 2 visits since this was my first and last.

If you come on the weekend at brunch time, be prepared to wait. The staff are a swarm of diligent workers so don’t think they aren’t trying. The food is so worth the wait!

We are always looking for a good breakfast place and this restaurant came up on our Unilocal radar for the first time last week. I was not familiar with them but it appears they are part of a small chain in a few states. That is not what usually gets me interested but I did not learn that until after we were seated. So, I was not prepared to be impressed but it was just the opposite. The place is very clean and our server was extremely polite and well trained. Our food was better than we expected and my portion on the Sante Fe Scramble was so large that I shared some with my wife and we still did not finish it. Our server sent us away with«go cups» for the car. always a nice touch. We are in the area often and will certainly be back!

My breakfast was great, eggs benedict with fruit. Tasty. Hubby got a more traditional breakfast and hated the potatoes because they were swimming in oil. Not good! Also our waiter’s apron was covered in old dried on food. Pretty gross. Why 4 stars? Sad thing is in Frisco/Plano area there just isn’t much choice. Here’s hoping they correct a few things and earn all four of these stars.

Came here because it was so highly ranked for breakfast on Unilocal.I hope that’s because of the word Egg and not because of great reviews! They’ve been open roughy 2 months, but they’re still«in training» I guess. — egg whites overcooked — Ham overcooked — my friends hash browns cooked properly, mine were undercooked and still laden with butter that hadn’t been cooked/crisped up the hash browns — lots of confusion as to who owns what table. — bottom of the pepper shaker was sticky with. Something — it was barely 9am and multiple spots on the bench seating were dirty/grimy/crumby. Overall, I would not recommend eating here. I’m not sure I would chalk it up to «just opened up» problems. The food is edible, so I really can’t give it 1 star. Too bad we don’t have 1.5.

Perfect place to come in breakfast! It’s nice and clean. I had the healthy skillet and it’s so good with strawberry waffles. The location is hard to find but Its worth coming. It looks like a new business and opens at 6am.

Been here twice and been impressed both times. The chicken fried steak was the best I’ve ever had. It was thin and perfectly crisp with a buttery taste. The waffle was great. Not soggy. The second time we got the farmer’s skillet scramble. The ingredients were fresh and well proportioned. Very tasty. They keep the coffee flowing as well.

Me and my hubby went for the first time today and we love it, very clean and server was friendly, wish the food will come a bit faster. The food was really food and fresh not greasy like in IHOP Price is reasonable, we had omelette, hash, pancakes and healthy skillet Will definitely come back
