Very friendly service. Food was delicious. If you like strawberry shortcake, theirs is quite good. Baked potato was really delicious!!!

We have been coming to this place 2 – 3 times a week for that last few years b/c my mom loves it but, over the last several months things have gone down hill. First, they had the egg shortage so you had to go to the counter to ask for a boiled egg for your salad, then no peas, now they wont give you the large paper cups for water but, instead give you little plastic kiddie cups and on a few occasions have ordered sandwiches that have come out with little to no meat on them… With the amount of money we have spent at this place over the years I probably could have put a down payment on a car. I think I will start spending my money at a place that appreciates it.

Great customer service and food. I ordered a sandwich and didn’t realize it had a horseradish. I asked about the sandwich and the manager volunteered a new sandwich sans radish. I told him I didn’t need that because I ate the chips already and it was my fault but they gave me Dat sandwhich. Really appreciated the sandwich and attitude.

This is the most friendly staff of all the Jason’s Deli I have been to. I go here on a weekly basis for lunch. The best sandwich here is the Club Royal hands down with chips or fruit salad. I order it with a light portion of ham and turkey meat and it is perfect. For drink, mix ½ sugar cane ice tea with ½ black currant tea. The mini corn bread muffins and the mini ginger muffins are great addition to the free ice cream. Don’t forget the Oatmeal cranberry cookies to take back to the office for mid afternoon snack.

I don’t usually write reviews when I have just popped in for a quick lunch… but this one is warranted. Went Saturday at noon and it was busy but not jammed. Had my favorite(Rueben the Great) and it was really good. Rye bread was fresh and tasted great. Partner had light rueben with some changes – changed bread and chip choice. The guys at the register offered suggestions and got the order right. Food came quickly and everything was correct(that shouldn’t be a surprise but these days it is). This was a refreshingly good experience at a restaurant that I like anyway – this trip was above their normally good food and service. Need to come back more often.

I decided to try a sandwich from this place since everyone else wanted burgers. Anyhow, I tried the pastrami and didn’t know that it was served on a regular sandwich bread. Every time I have had pastrami sandwiches in the past, I’ve had them on french rolls… Also, it wasn’t toasted. This being my first time and seeing the sandwich prior to mine being placed in the oven, I just figured it would be toasted. Ya, I was disappointed. The pastrami was fair. They have other sandwiches to choose from so I might go back and give another sandwich a shot.

Return visit in Feb 2014 after many years and it has been remodeled. Better seating arrangements and choices. Prompt order taking even during Thu lunch Feb 2014. Staff uses electronic order taking and then you get a number to display on table. Food brought to you rather than waiting at counter. They still have the free vanilla and chocolate ice cream. They clean up the tables fast to provide more seating during the rush hour. Worth another trip. Note to Sprint phone users; got no signal inside bldg. OK for small groups if you handle the noise from the crowd. Returned Jul 2015 at Sun lunch hr. Rush of families btw 12:30 — 12:45pm post-church crowd maybe. Sprint connection worked just fine this time as I posted new photos while eating lunch. Staff was very busy taking/serving orders and keeping tables clean. Bumped the rating to five stars after visiting a third location in Collin County Aug 2015. Great service and food at all locations; they are consistent.

I’m currently watching employees on the line, opening wrapped sandwiches plucking tomatoes and lettuce and who knows what from them, then putting the bulk back in to containers, to serve??? wtf, I’d stay away from the ham and chicken/tuna salads for a few days.

Surprised the ratings here are so low. The Jason’s Deli here always delivers as promised whenever I go. The sandwiches and soups are always consistently good. I usually go with the beefeater for my sandwich and get a soup with it. I like the brocolli and cheese, chicken pot pie and the seafood gumbo as far as soups go. The employees are always friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. Then afterwards they have free ice cream. So I give it 5 stars for consistent good food and service.

Always come here for the salad bar and their amazing fire roasted tortilla soup. I’m so impressed by the quality, freshness, and variety of their salad bar. There’s a reason this place is always packed. They do things the right way– awesome service, fantastic food, and great atmosphere. Free ice cream never hurts either :)

I used to enjoy getting the Texas Spud at Jason’s Deli. Huge potato with plenty of butter smothered in a loads of bbq meat and topped with handfuls of cheese. Not any more it isn’t. While the health conscious will welcome the potato not swimming in butter, it can leave it a bit dry, and the bbq is barely enough to cover the spud and much drier than I remember it being. The amount of cheese also seems to be less. The size of the spud is good, but overall it’s somewhat mediocre. I really want to like their Texas Spuds but after 3 – 4 lower quality ones, I’m going to have to give up. Sorry Jason’s. Let me know when you’ve fixed the problem and I’ll try again.

Another one of those places that you know exactly what you’re going to get in terms of food quality and service. I alternate between a Club of some type or salad bar. Today it’s the club. Honestly, eating here is merely an excuse to get the soft serve cone at the end. I recommend this establishment. That is all.

I’ve only been here once and ordered a turkey wrap on whole wheat(bonus points for healthy options). I was given the choice of 3 different chips and either salsa or guac(at no extra charge– score!). The meal itself was eh… you can tell the deli meats are not really high quality but if you’re starving like I was on this particular day, it gets the job done. But the really good part is you get FREEICECREAM!!! I’m certainly not in shape enough to deserve this kind of treat but you can bet your sweet bottom I was at the soft serve machine after lunch swirling it up on a cone and dousing it with the chocolate sauce! I looked like a 4 year old when I was done– chocolate all over my hands and face– but that alone will definitely have me returning to a Jason’s Deli for lunch. Oh yeah… if you’re not totally grossed out by salad bars, they have one of those too and that’s all free with your lunch. Doesn’t get much better.

Add a cup of soup for a dollar! But it was cold. Burners might be going off a tad early. But it was good. Salad bar was clean but a little glazy. Vinaigrette dressing was awesome. I’ll be back cuz I believe in this place. Free ice cream!

Yummy place. This location seems to be open pretty late. I visited after the gym after 9 and received prompt service. Fast, fresh food and definitely no complaints. Really good sandwiches and a good fruit melody. The staff was friendly and accommodating There was ample parking and a good location for a low-key lunch or dinner. Also pretty good for take-out, even if you wait to order when you get there. This location also has a salad bar for the extreme salad lovers to go crazy with all their desires. A good central location with reasonable prices.

Prompt service and tasty food. This is a great Jason’s Deli location. They are consistent and accommodating. I live close and can generally pick up my order withing 5 – 10 minutes. The broccoli cheese soup is my favorite thing to get. They spicy gumbo is awesome for $ 3.99 and the tortilla soup is nice for cold weather. I also love their potatoes and just about anything they can wrap for me.

Jason’s deli is Jason’s deli. I feel it’s reasonably priced for what you get, sufficient amount of options, and free ice cream if you so choose. They also have a salad bar with some fairly healthy and plentiful options. Only issue is that the cashier called me sir. I mean, I don’t think there is any confusion there and she seemed apathetic about it after the fact. I’d have given four stars if she had asked for loads of forgiveness.(:
