Called to schedule a washer/dryer fix when they were assigned through my home warranty company. I explained the problem(leaking hose/connector from washer, wrong power cord on dryer), and was given a time they would be out to fix it. The repairman showed up. He did not have the correct materials to fix the problem, as the problem(which had been explained in detail) was not noted on his form. I called the company, and they refused to have someone show up with the correct materials to fix it, claiming they first required an approval. Had they said this to start with, I’d have cancelled the appointment. This was my only day off for the foreseeable future, so I will be unable to have my washer/dryer fixed. I am filing a complaint with the appropriate government agencies, the BBB, and very likely the local court.

Horrible service. They told me they would be here on Monday and I waited all day, with a no show. Then they were supposed to come fix the washer on Thursday, and showed up with the wrong part. I then called the owner who was extremely rude and would not refund me any money after I had already had to take a day and a half off of work to wait on them. Then when they finally came back with the correct part the repair man was very rude and tried to claim that I lied that they told me Monday. He then tried to charge me for a hot and cold water pump when the repairman from Thursday told me its all in one part. If I had not questioned that and made him check I would have been out about another $ 50! I would say in all this is a very poorly run small business that does not value their customers and it shows. What’s worse, this is who Whirlpool told me to use…

Very happy with the service! Very happy with my repairman. I could not make the original date of service as they could not change the 2 hour window to accomodate my schedule that day. The reset up appointment was a week later and I blocked the entire day so that the day before when they told me they would be there I could meet them. It would be nice if they were a little more flexible in booking. However I understand they only have so many repairman covering the metroplex. I wish they would carry some of these parts on their trucks though so the problem could be fixed right away. However other companies don’t carry parts on their trucks either.

I would not recommend this business. They could not fix our appliance, although we waited weeks and weeks for a «part». When they DID return to fix it, they failed and then told us they’d have to take the entire appliance back to the business and would charge us $ 150/hour to figure out the wiring. We declined. They never followed up on anything and were not helpful at all when we called several times to determine when the part would be in. Their«work» is now being managed by another company. They might be able to fix simple problems, but I would not want to do business with them again.
