Chick-fil-A

The food is very good each time we go there. The staff was very patient and pleasing with our small children so now we go back often.

Food always good. But just disappointed with the manager Gerry the manager I think that is his name. But he didn’t smile at all. This was my first time coming in the morning. Maybe a sweet smile would be nice for that early in the morning. I had to make a stop at McDonald’s and received a big greeting! Now come on.

I use to love this place but was told on yesterday that the spicy dressing was discontinued. Why? My Cobb salad needs spicy dressing.

It’s a fast food place. You really can’t expect great quality or service. The guy who was at the drive up window must have been new. He wasn’t very friendly and gave us the wrong change. When we pointed it out he just stared at us like he didn’t understand. A girl working next to him pointed to something on the register and handed him the missing money to give to us.
Our food came out correct. The only thing is the grilled chicken bites weren’t what I expected. They were really thin pieces that looked like the edge pieces of a chicken breast. They were a bit tough but edible. The waffle fries however were great as always. I can’t go there and not get them!
Overall an ok place to go if you’re in a rush and need a bite to eat.

Hard to find a better chicken place near here. This place is clean, has good service, and good food. For fast food, it’s hard to beat.

We went through the drive through to pick up a quick dinner. It wasn’t even busy, and we did not receive very good customer service. The girl who took our order was great, but the guy who handed us our food didn’t bother to speak with us at all. When we got home, our fries were cold (we only live 5 minutes away) and all of our sauces were missing, even after we asked twice about the sauces. There were no straws with our drinks either. When we called to speak with a manager, he didn’t care to speak with us and didn’t even offer any condolences.

Chick-​fil-​A is right next door to my shop. This place is always fast, clean and polite workers. They are always friendly and my food order comes out fresh and delicious everytime. I will say lunch and evening drive thru is pretty long sometimes. Inside is pretty clean and spacious too. I love this place. Real chicken. You can’t beat that!

I like to come here on my lunch break, order a Dia and hang it. They staff is so nice and timely. More than once they had my food ready before I swiped my card.

This chick fil a is awesome. Yes they are super packed but I am pretty sure every chick-​fil-​a is. Everyone is super nice and they are super fast I always see the owner there too!

Very slow service. there was only 3 cars in front but they managed to make us all wait over 15 minutes!

Came at 2:30…both drive-​thru and dine-​in was busy. Floors had a good amount of food debris and trash but again I’m sure it’s because it was busy and wi be cleaned later. Overall the food quality is the same.

Pretty great service and awesome food. They get busy during peak times but very much worth it.

They always have a line here but it moves at a good pace. The servers are always friendly. But it seems like they always forget something when I go through the drive thru.
I usually go for the Strips with a Side Salad or I go for the Cobb Salad (without eggs… icky!) They’re nice and accommodating when I ask for my salad without the disgusting eggs. (Nothing against their eggs. I just dislike eggs). I love the avocado lime ranch dressing and the crispy red pepper toppings. I think their salads are better than most fast food restaurants.

Almost a perfect star. They have amazing friendly service however, like most locations it gets very busy. The difference is I have never had an order wrong at another location, let alone twice. The last 2 times I went here I was given the wrong sandwich and its just not worth going back (the parking lot and drive thru at this location are a death trap.) I still go here though because its close to my home, I am just hoping the last two visits were exceptions not the rule.

Who doesn’t like Chick-​fil-​A? When you want a quick dose of fast food, Chick-​fil-​A is probably one of the better kinds. I usually order the spicy chicken sandwich. The only negative thing is that it is not always consistent. Each location makes it little different. Sometimes it is too salty or burned. That’s why I like eating it right at the restaurant so I can get it switched out in case they mess it up.
This location of Chick-​fil-​A always has great customer service and is super clean. If I have to do take out, then I will usually order the grilled chicken sandwich. Its usually hard to mess that one up, and is consistent no matter which location I go to. And for office parties, I have ordered the nugget trays quite a lot. They are always good and greasy :) But now they have grilled nuggets for those who don’t want the fried ones.

Forgot part I my order, and only offered to replace the missing parts of my order. I had driven 20 minutes away before I realized so I had to drive another 20 minutes back. And the cashier, jasmine, was laughing about the whole thing. Not a good experience.

I forgot how delicious chick-​fil-​a was until I finally made my way back. It’s really been over 6 months since I’ve had these delicious nuggets and I’m not sure why! Chicken nuggets with polynesian sauce and their signature sauce is the best! Add some waffle fries and I got a complete meal. Yum yum

This place can indeed get crazy busy during lunch rush times. However, if you’re in the area and need a decent breakfast to go, this is your best bet. I have always found this location to be exceptionally clean. Parking and the drive thru set up can be a little awkward because of all the surrounding businesses. When I worked in the wasteland that is Plano, I considered this my oasis of humanity in the concrete strip malls.

So here is the thing, I try to like Chick Fil A. I’m not a HUGE fan of their food, to be honest, but its okay. In a crunch, you can stop by and get a grilled chicken wrap, a cup of fruit, and an unsweet tea relatively quickly (and I say relatively bc they always have loooooong drive thru lines; you would think, by now, they would have caught up with the times and the demand and put in a second lane) and not feel like crap because you just stuffed yourself full of crap fast food.
The problem, though, lies with their workers. Chick fil a prides themselves on hiring people who want to commit to working there for a while, but the workers at this one must be disinterested because they do a half-​assed serving their customers. I should not have to remind them to hand me my drink while they are waiting for me to pull off and I DEFINITELY shouldn’t have to drive all the way back because I got home and realized they didn’t put the sauce for my wrap in the bag.
I’m over it. So not worth it. Won’t be going back.

I usually love Chick-​fil-​a, but I had not been to this location as a long time as we currently live in another city. However, we were up this way today after looking at houses and decided to stop in for a quick meal.
Food was good, as per usual, but the guy at the counter was really quite rude. I’ve never experience a rude employee at a Chick-​fil-​a before — usually they are all very friendly and courteous. I forgot to get his name, but he was clearly not enjoying being there. We nicely asked for two condiments to go along with our meals and he proceeded to literally throw them harshly onto the tray in front of us, with many of them bouncing right off the tray onto the counter. We scrambled to pick them up while he told us it was «his pleasure.» We were appalled.
Won’t be back to this location if this is how the management here allows employees to treat the customers.
