Amazing staff. Fast, friendly & prompt service. Received email notifications every step of the way. Ordered a Fantasy Football Trophy. It was absolutely stunning. Received the proof for the engraving and the staff was helpful in making changes to it. I will definitely be using their services again and I highly recommend them.

I took a hunting knife into this store to have initials and date engraved –they did a fine job. What really impressed me and will bring me back to the store is their communication. I didn’t expect an automatic email confirming my order after I left the store but I was glad to get it to make certain I had put the right words on the order. Then when the knife was ready, I got another email letting me know my order was ready. Very good organization I will be back.
