I have been using bit a bliss for a little over a year now and can honestly say I am so pleased with their service each and every time. Jennifer has been helping me coordinate my monthly cleanings and she is always very kind and quick to respond. I have never been disappointed with any of the women who have come to my house. I do have my favorites. but I like them too much to share with y’all! Don’t want their schedules to get so busy they can’t come to my house ;) My family opts for a month deep cleaning rather than a weekly or bi-weekly service. It is well worth the money! The amount of time an effort that goes into the deep cleaning far exceeds my expectations! I have never had a cleaning service that gets on the floor with a magic eraser to wipe down my baseboards… that’s how awesome they are!

We have been using Bit a Bliss for more than 2 years and have always been super happy with their service. The ladies that come to my home to clean are always very nice, and polite, and do a very good job. The ladies in the office are also very nice and professional, and check in with me from time to time just to make sure the cleanings are going well.
I also love the convenience of paying with a credit card and being able to email their office with any questions. I always get a very prompt response.
Highly recommend them!
