so unprofessional the way talking on the phone plus they did not even show up I spend my whole day waiting for them plus I gave my pet away for 1 day

Horrible experience! I called to make an appointment and left a message. About 10 minutes later, they called back from a cell phone that sounded like he was grocery shopping. Extremely unprofessional but I proceeded to make an appointment. He then called back again about 10 minutes later and didn’t remember already making the appointment. The day of the appointment someone called saying they couldn’t find the house so I stayed on the phone giving them directions/​descriptions of the home. We even had someone stand in the driveway to wave at him. They drove past our house, which isn’t a big deal, but then he proceeded to tell me that by looking at our house they wouldn’t be able to use their equipment because of our electrical wiring?! I told him you’re not even at our house as he sat in someone else’s driveway. He said he didn’t even need to see it because he saw the house from the road. It made absolutely no sense. Our home is not a mobile or anything so it doesn’t make sense. Extremely unprofessional, will never use or refer them!

It’s a sad shame I need to write this but shame on whoever is running this company. I scheduled for a basic chimney cleaning. Driver shows up 45 minutes late. sets up a long hose from his truck and plugs into my house. Sticks a brush on the end of the hose and pushes it just above the flute. He ran it for 10 minutes while he sat in his truck on his cell phone then expected me to pay for this. I checked the chimney afterwards and nothing was different.
He threaten to call the cops on me several times before I kicked him out of my house.
I tried to call the owner 4 times and got a supervisor. He was very apologetic and told me he would undo this problem and the guy was fired. His voicemail said he would come the following Monday and do for free what should have been done in the first place. It is 4 pm on the day he claimed he would personally be here and no one showed or called.
I have had many chimneys cleaned in my past and normally they come and drape off my fireplace and use brushes to remove the soot and ashes from the chimney and fireplace.
I encourage you to use someone else and save yourself the headache.

I just wanted to thank USA Carpet cleaning for coming out last week and cleaning all of my ducts and carpeting. For the past several months I have had very bad allergies and a friend of mine recommended them and they were amazing!
I would highly recommend this company!
