A Nails Place

This place is incredible! The only nail place I’ll go to. I’ve gotten regular nail polish as well as acrylics done here and they last a really long time. They’re all really thorough but don’t take forever. Probably the fastest but prettiest acrylics for the price. They also have a really good deal on mani/​pedis if you’re a student.
Cindy is so, so sweet so make sure you ask for her and don’t forget to leave a generous tip –each of the women that work here deserve it.

I’ve been a client for 8 years now, and honestly, there’s no other place like this! Wonderful service, quality, atmosphere. Karen is the wonderful owner. Helen, Nancy, Niki, and Q are their wonderful nail techs. I’ve never left this place unhappy!

Even though I came in close to closing, they took me in anyway. Not only did they take time making sure everything was right, they corrected mistakes OTHER nail salons had made with my nails, and now they look better than ever! Vi was so nice and patient and skilled! I love my nails and I will be making this my go to place from now on. Awesome!

Had a great time and service was excellent. I was a walk-​in and Fortunately I did not have to wait long. Helen was very nice and always checked to see if I was comfortable. I don’t normally get acrylic nails but Helen made it a pleasant experience and will definitely be back for future services.

Suprised at some reviews… not a good experience. It’s an assembly line, they won’t turn anyone away so I wound up being one of three ‘taking turns’ with a manicurist who was also doing a pedi. Pretty gross (oh, and I had an appointment). They left me soaking in acetone way too long, so I started peeling the old polish off myself, which was easy due to soaking in it for so long.
She botched a couple of my gel nails, probably because she was standing up most of the time, and had to redo them. They kept apologizing, I said no need to keep saying that, please just do it right. One star because my nails wound up looking okay, but I prefer places that aren’t a super-​rushed stressful environment.

I came here because the reviews were so good and I’m not sure how. I came once to try it out and they didn’t do well so I assumed I needed another lady the next time so I got one, but she did worse than the first one! The nails were unevenly put on, the shavings were stinging my hands and when I told her she giggled, and then my favorite part. There’s the part when you get acrylic nails where you have to wash your hands/​nails before the polish is applied, well when the lady doing my nails motioned for me to get up and what I thought she meant was go wash my hands, but then here I am standing at the sink washing my hands and she yells at me from across the salon! She meant for me to pick out my nail color which was already chosen and sitting right next to my hands the whole time. Then she comes over there and walks me back to the table like I’m a dumb child in front of everyone. She mentioned it 3 – 4 times again during the manicure and laughing about it each time making me feel very foolish and embarrassed. My boyfriend even noticed the manicure was very bad! Safe to say this place wasted my time, money and energy.

Gross, because of the reviews, I stopped by, and it is below my cleanliness standards. Gross, tables and floors dirty.

My nail tech was Cindy. I got the gel nails with manicure. She did an amazing job. Prices reasonable too! I will be back.

I was traveling for work and needed to get my nails done. I went here because it had 5 stars & I can see why. They are great. I got a pedicure & a manicure. I’m sure they are all good but Helen& Kathy did mine.

Had to wait because I didn’t make an appointment. But so worth it. There are a lot of manicurists. They are very attentive and do a great job. This will definitely be my go to place.

Just moved to Plano from Virginia and I was looking for a good place to have my nails done. I’m so glad I checked the reviews on Unilocal and gave this place a chance. The ladies were very pleasant and very professional. The nail salon it’s very clean and prices are very reasonable. I’m very happy I found it and I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

I found this place and went based off the Unilocal reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Every single person working here was so nice. They did an amazing job on my toes and nails. Best foot massage ever. Felt great!

This nail salon is impeccable in cleanliness. The staff is friendly, they serve to please. The owners, Karen and Thomas, go out of their way to make sure each customer is pleased with his/​her experience.

This was my first time visiting and I came here based on all of the positive Unilocal reviews. I was not disappointed! The massage chairs were the best! The person doing my pedicure was very nice and attentive and gave a great hot stone and foot massage! The best part was the owner that thanked me for coming in and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I was impressed with the number of frequent customers who was there during my visit that the owner knew by name and introduced me to. This says a lot! I will definitely be back just because the owner makes every customer feel special.

Seriously — this is the best service I’ve ever received in a nail salon. Which is remarkable when you compare that to the VERY reasonable prices.
I’ve had three services with two different technicians and they both did a great job. I’ve picked one of them as my go-​to girl and make appointments with her now. I chose her because she’s very precise and examines every angle to make it perfect. And I didn’t have to ask her to — that’s just how she works. It adds 10 – 15 minutes to a service, but I’ll make that trade. I won’t be going anywhere else any time soon.

I just love this place, and I’m so glad that Unilocal helped me find it. They do a great job, for a reasonable price, and their staff is SO nice! Their deluxe pedicure includes a salt scrub, lotion, massage, hot stone massage, foot smoothing stone, and hot towel wrap. It is really relaxing and every time I’ve gone I’ve been so relaxed when I leave.
Not to mention they do a great job on french tips and it lasts a few weeks! I’ll always come back to this location!
