I went in to get a new sim for my mother who is visiting from another country. I know what exactly she needed so I asked an employee there the plan I wanted. She was so rude to me and my mother and said «That makes no sense» when I told her what I wanted. She also let me take out the sim and put the sim in when she is the one with the equipment. I expected me from customer service here. No matter what kind of plan we chose, we should still be treated respectfully.
Don’t come here to get a new sim.
