Cartridge World

I have been in business for 20 years, and was always paying top prices for ink replacements. I found this store,…and without a doubt,. these people are some of the nicest people in the business world I have ever met… and. they are excellent at what they do. They stand tall behind every cartridge that goes out the door. I love these guys!

I have known the owners of Cartridge World in Plaistow for a while now. They go above and beyond to please a costumer. I never had anything but good experience with them. I wish them the best and hope they stay in business for a long time.

They still have the best prices on ink. But I went in and happened to mention my coupons had expired which garnered no comment. So I was a little upset when I got home and lo and behold, new coupons had arrived … in the mail … that day. (OK, maybe she didn’t know but still irritating)
I did go back and mention it to a different counterperson. He said there was nothing they could do about the new coupon, but that they do accept expired coupons. Hmmm, well nobody told me that when I made my purchase and mentioned my expired coupons.
I was basically told I was out of luck and there was nothing I could do. That’s where the young man was wrong. I can certainly choose to go elsewhere for my ink needs, which is what I did.
So my advice: make sure you have your coupon (expired or not) because they are not flexible enough to work with regular customers.
