Used to go here frequently until the last time I went in they hired a new lady to do pedicures she started doing my pedicure and kept asking what was next and I’m the client Next you know they spray antiseptic on your feet after cleaning she USED mr scrubbing bubbles on me!!! It was burning and she still didn’t think she did anything wrong I told her right away to call the manager manager came and redid my pedicure but still ridiculous my heels were burning next few days because I have cuts and who would think she would spray a bleach product that cleans the pedicure tubs not to be used on my feet! They gave me a small discount didn’t matter because I feel more should have been done I will never go back to this place I used to go here often!

I am in town from Los Angeles and just had my second amazing experience! This kind of basic pedicure would cost an arm and a leg in LA! My first experience was a walk in back in June when I was visiting family who live in the area. I was helped very quickly, was treated very kindly and the gel manicure was beautifully done, affordable and lasted. Today I called and asked if I could come in 15 minutes, they were very kind for such a last minute call. They took my name and I showed up exactly as promised. I was helped right away, and apologized to this gal because I hadn’t had a pedicure in SO long and I knew I’d be work. She was super understanding and helpful. I sat in the massage chair which was amazing and relaxed while she exfoliated, gave me a long leg and foot massage with lotion, a stone massage and then while my nails were drying, a neck and shoulder rub! Mind you, the pedicure was expertly done and was super relaxing and my toes are painted to perfection. The kicker here — ITWASONLY $ 20. I will come to this nail salon every time I’m visiting family. I can’t wait to see the renovation and I can’t wait to come back!

This place is under new ownership! Nicole the new owner is fantastic! I’ve gone now for a month since she’s taken over and have had perfect fill ins and gel colors. No chips! The place is under going a physical transformation as well. Try them out! You won’t be disappointed!

Wish I could give zero stars. Michelle was my nail tech– this is for her more than the salon itself. I went in asking for a gel manicure and knew I was in a bit of a rush, but they were accommodating and it was inexpensive, so I figured I’d try it out. It’s notable only because my timeframe meant I was unable to get any nails redone or request a different manicurist. My nails are pretty thin and some needed a little repair– my usual place just puts a thicker gel over it that soaks off but Michelle wanted to do something that sounded like an acrylic. I turned her down and told her to just go ahead with the regular gel manicure– it wasn’t an extreme amount of repair that needed to be done and I could live with it, especially since I understand if they don’t have what my other place has. She proceeded to spend the ENTIRE rest of the manicure commenting on how thin and terrible my nails are and how it was so silly that I wasn’t interested in further repair. It was beyond rude. I am super happy I didn’t end up getting nail repair because to top off the rudeness, she did an absolutely terrible job on my manicure– she didn’t even cover the entire nail with top coat and multiple nails have color super far from the sides. This was far and away the worst and meanest gel manicure I have ever gotten– I will be advising everyone to avoid at all costs, or at least to avoid Michelle if you don’t want a manicurist who is paying more attention to the quality of your nails than the quality of her work.

If i could rate this place less than one I would have. my daughter and her friend went there this afternoon to get their nails done. Not only they cut my daughter’s thumb, they rushed them out and did a terrible job on their nails. When I went to complain about the way they were treated, not only they denied any wrong doing(I asked for the manager and they said there is no manager) but also they start talking in their native language, cursing or something. All I wanted an apology. DONOTGOTHEREORATLEASTDONOTSENDYOURKIDSALONE.

Went there for eyelash extensions, very relaxing. I almost always fall alseep laying there. THEBESTEYELASHEXTENSIONS i have had to date. They dont krazy glue it to your regular lashes, so when they fall out it feels like a natural lash. They also use single lashes, not the pairs of 4 which ends up looking like you can fan the room when you blink. The reason Im giving it 3 stars is because, as wonderful as these eyelashes are, she puts maybe about 50 lashes per eye. but they start shedding every morning. I lost about 7 per eye, and I had it placed on Friday. I tried sleeping on my back, and not wearing any make up. Also, this last time I went. I had a groupon. I dont know if its because of the major influx of people getting it done, but I woke up with a swollen irritated eye. Its day 2 and the eye is still swollen. Not red, no drainage just swollen. I would definitely give this place 5 stars had it not been for those two issues. I would also come back for a filling had it not been so expensive, or had it last longer. Last time I went there it pretty much all fell out except for 5 per eye in a week. Not worth the mucho dinero it costs to get it done. I had excellent customer care when I was there. They place a nice heavy blanket on you. Protect your bottom lashes from sticking to the top. Play some soothing classical elevator music. Its truly relaxing. Its unfortunate theyve received so many bad reviews. Ive been to a few hole in the wall places, and this isnt one of them.

The one star is a charity tip. 1. You call and make an appointment and they say ya ya ya and you come in on time and they are shocked to see you. 2. If you don’t think they are talking crap about you in Korean than your really effing stupid 3. They do not care to learn English. So don’t go in expecting a chit chat like you would do elsewhere. 4. They are not clean, if someone would like to point out a sanitizer(just 1!!) ill take it back. 5. This(fake) red haired Asian woman named JENNY did my nails, skipping basic things that I look forward to/-massage with lotion. She sped through the whole thing. WORST part: She did not accept my tip, she gave it back and said here its ok. I said what? Are you seriously doing this? She starts mumbling in whatever language and then looks up at me and says«normally 20%!!» Well honestly go eff yourselves ladies. The one star is a charity tip. 1. With the Spring weather coming, I decided to get a mani and pedi with my sister who I went to visit in Long Island. I’m so glad we stumbled unto this place! It’s clean, cozy, and very relaxing. The workers are so nice and friendly. We walked in during the weekend and didn’t have to wait.

I can’t speak for the Faces, but my Fingers and Toes were very upset with me after my mani/pedi there. I can’t say I blame them; the technicians literally glopped a bunch of polish on each nail and — this is the best part — they *skipped* my little toes! My pinky toes curl down a bit so the nail is not fully visible without a little bit of work. And by work, I mean lifting the toe and, um, looking at it. But I guess the technician felt that because most people can’t see it right away, why should she bother? Heck, maybe *I* wouldn’t see it!
