Orkin Pest & Termite Control

I hired Orkin to come out and handle a very large wasp nest that had infiltrated my soffit over the summer. Being it was 20′ in the air and in the attic, I knew I could not handle this one myself.
The call center took the information over the weekend and this outlet was prompt in scheduling a free visit to assess the situation. I was scheduled to have the nest treated a couple days later. The technician was proactive in contacting me for an earlier appointment opportunity that day — a big plus.
The application was completed thoroughly and the field supervisor checked in to make sure I was happy. The nest was completely dead within three days.
Pluses:
— Friendly and attentive personnel from call center and branch.
— Prompt and proactive communication.
— Thorough with application and setting proper expectation for results.
— Listened to my concerns and addressed them completely.
Minuses:
— I asked for the nest to be removed, but that is being left to me to complete
Overall impression:
Orkin was courteous, prompt and fair in pricing. I received the results that were promised from the application and they emphasized that I should call for free retreatment if there were any issues at all. I would use them again.
For the record — the «T$$$$$$X» company cancelled my appointment and did not even notify me!
