Hardees

Not sure what happened but their food is not as good as when they first opened! I’d say they slipped a bit. Their burger was dry and had a «old» taste to it. I’ll give it one more chance so we will see

The inside was pretty clean, meals are a lot lee pricey but good the guy making the burgers needs not to talk so much over the burger he’s preparing .lol and I like for a fast food place that they brought the food out to your table, very nice and polite also, will be back again

Horrible… at first… Stood at the counter for 15 minutes with my kids before anyone even asked if I’d been helped. In the meantime, 4 orders were taken and filled at the drive in. Once the cashier asked if I had ordered, the Mgr who walked by me 3 times decided she’d help. After placing order, she apologized for the wait and gave me 20% off. Okay, that helped. But then my kids and I waited for 20 more minutes before the food came. The same manager delivered our order to the table and again apologized. She also gave the kids extra chicken tenders. Well, that helped even more. About 10 minutes later, the same manager came to our table with shakes for everyone and apologized for all the waits. She didn’t have to do anything beyond the original discount, but her extra efforts and her admission of bad service plus the treats made the dinner a great experience! I know how hard it is to work with a staff that doesn’t care about service firsthand, and the way she made this customer happy is what service is all about. Believe it or not, I’ll be back

This place opened a little over a year ago and they still haven’t kicked out all of the kinks yet. They are always under staffed. Every time you order you have to wait a good 10 – 15 minutes before you get your food. The staff doesn’t look like they want to be there, they are careless. I’ve been here 3 times but I will not be coming back again.

Went to the drive thru today and took over 20 minutes from order to pick up! A drive thru is made for convenience, not to make the customers have to sit and wait for 20 minutes for their food. After waiting the 20 minutes, I looked in my bags and saw that a burger was missing so I had to go inside and pick it up. Once again, a drive thru is for staying in the car and convenience. The lady inside was apologetic and claimed «we’ve had a rough day today.» I’m sorry but that is not an excuse for taking 20 minutes to get me my order… It’s fast food, I get my food faster at Red Lobster… I don’t believe I will be back because today was my first time going and it was a horrible first impression. Do better Hardees or else you’ll end up like the buildings former business. Closed.

Manager wasn’t very friendly. My burger reminded me of a Salisbury beef pattie you’d get from a cheap oncor meal. Fries were o.k. disappointing

I’ve been here several times since they’ve opened and the food is pretty consistent. Good value for the money and decent breakfast as well. Great fast food.

They went up on the prices, for this one star lost… whyyyyyyy???

Bless bless bless this place since it ran over and replaced the terrible BK that used to be there (I’ve lived in the area since 95 and that place was terrible then too.) I never had Hardee’s before (this is a slight lie. I had Carl’s Jr when I was in California, but my concert and alcohol filled night kinda… blurred the memory out) but I was really impressed.
One, the burger patty itself. I don’t know what kind of magical pixie dust is sprinkled on these, but damn. Please continue. My taste buds thank you. Two, CURLY FRIES YASSS HARDEES THANK YOU. …I’m quite the fan of the fries, can you tell? Three, 24 hour dine in and drive through. Thank you for giving me alternatives when bored at 4am after working an abnormally long shift and I’m far too tired to make my own dinner.
I love this place. You are my new friend, Sir Hardees.

After eating here a few times there is nothing like them. High quality food. Not the cheapest, but they have food you actually want to eat. Their breakfast is excellent too.

I’ll preface this by saying I haven’t dined in, only ordered through the drive through. Food has been good, but the service is horrible.
The drive through is more like a park through, and the last time they did not get the order correct, but I wasn’t going to wait another 10 minutes for them to get it right.
Management, please work on the drive through before you lose customers. Hopefully they can get this fixed.

I love this place! The service is good and the food is good. Some of their meals may cost more than other local fast food restaurants, but the quality is worth it. They are open 24 hours, have a decent dollar menu selection with great portion sizes, and they give a discount for veterans, military, and first responders every day.
