They dont fix glasses you buy at other Walmarts. The tech took half an hour to pay for another customer. Held everyone up and then she said she couldnt help. Think her name was Renee. Worst customer service ive ever seen. Dont know why they raised theyre salaries cause they are worse now than ever before. They dont have an optician, the service is slow to non-existant and they cant fix your glasses cause they dont have the equipment totally useless.

The staff at this Walmart eye center are outstanding. Although they are clearly understaffed, the ladies work hard to serve everyone quickly, professionally, and courteously. The prices are far more reasonable than any local optometrists’ offices and the Walmart staff offer the extras like cleaning, wipes, and even free cases that my last two optometrists would not give. The one main staff member(I will update when I get her name) is friendly and great at helping with frame selection. I will only get my glasses here from now on.
