Been coming here for over 4 years and it never fails me. I’ve also frequented many Garden Grove Phở restaurants and Saigon Noodle House’s quality and authenticity is parallel. I’ve ordered across the board and have no complaints. The service I’ve gotten has always been superb as well which is a bonus. I would highly recommend Saigon Noodle House!

I really enjoyed my food, which is the important part. It was my first time in and I’ll def be coming back with a bigger appetite.

Standard dine-in or take-out Vietnamese cuisine. I usually get the Vegetarian Phở with vegetable broth. The service is not bad… if it isn’t crowded. However if it is… it’s going to take a while longer to get your order let alone your beverages. Other items I have sampled on the menu that were pretty good include the spring rolls, egg rolls, shrimp rolls and chicken fried rice. I thought all of them were really good… and affordable. It rained when I decided to go here for lunch, and this place was packed! However, who wouldn’t want a hot bowl of phở on a rainy day? I will definitely be a returning customer at Saigon Noodle House!

Best phở in Placentia! Food comes out fast, prices are reasonable and most importantly, the food is awesome! The Vietnamese sandwiches here are awesome as well!

Piece of sponge came out on my egg noodle soup and complained. Owner doesn’t apologize and charged full price. People make sure to check your food before you eat.

I’ve been going to Saigon Noodle consistently for about a couple years. I order the spring rolls with fish sauce and the #19 phở with meat. The taste of both items is excellent. I hear of other phở restaurants that many reviewers feel are better than Saigon Noodle. I reside close to Saigon Noodle and am perfectly happy with the food, no need for me to go anywhere else for phở. I have to say the service is not so great. You have to call on them for anything-more water or napkins, and they have never come back to my table after the food I ordered was brought. If customer service is a big priority, you will probably not like Saigon Noodle. I frequent the restaurant roughly once a week, they already know my usual order so I don’t have to ask. Food is great, customer service isn’t.

Looked at the online menu and it is not their actual menu. We tried to order on Friday for lunch(over the phone) Unilocal says they have spicy shrimp, they said they don’t have that. Walked in to order today to really check it out, Josh wanted fried wontons(online menu says they have it) it is not on the menu. I am hoping the seafood Phở is delicious.

I love this place. It’s like coming home for me. I’ve been coming here for years. The family that owns it are always kind; the service is great and food consistently good. I’ve brought several Vietnamese and Cambodian friends who’ve shared my opinion.

We really enjoyed our dinner. Good prices and great food. They have a special– Vietnamese soup, 2 egg rolls and a drink for $ 10. The noodle soup was very good and the egg rolls were excellent! I had the BBQ chicken plate with rice, egg roll and veggies. All very tasty! 2 meals less than $ 20

I stumbled on this place. looking for a replacement spot that could soothe my cravings. When the bowl of Phở Ga came out I was so pleased to see layer of flavor bubbles. FINALLY a place around town that was great tasting! Service was great and nice atmosphere. Had fresh lemonade which was also great tasting. Only thing I was not happy with was they didn’t have chili oil but that’s not a big enough reason to not come try this place.

This is a great place for food! The items always taste fresh and the fresh squeezed lemonade is awesome! Our favorite is the # 60. Our items are always made to order and ready for either pick-up or eat in quickly. The service is not bad. They are a quiet bunch. Kind of a hand and go personality. They are not rude just REALLY quiet and that is ok because the food is good!

Food is great and affordable. I always order out. It takes about 10 minutes for my order. Everything is packaged separately. Im always given more than enough sides to prepare my phở.

Great place to get your phở soup fix. I agree that they need to improve on their service, but other than that this place is great. Their phở prices are fairly cheap and range from $ 6 – 7 depending if you want a small or large order. They also have a special for $ 9 where you get a drink and egg roll with the meal. I usually get #13 with the brisket. They give you a good amount of meat and noodles for the small size. I have also ordered this meal to-go before and I like how they separate everything and the soup is provided in a bowl to combine all the phở ingredients.

Nice place. The interior is a little plain, but very clean. Prices are very reasonable. I have the phở with steak. The steak is good with none of those little surprises you find at some phở places. They have a couple of beers in the bottle, and cokes are by the can, so no free refills but it’s no big deal. Service is a little odd. They are usually very quick at taking your order, and the food comes out fast but if you want anything after that you need to flag someone down. Same with paying your bill. You just need to go to the counter to get it done. These are not big issues in a place like this. Almost expected. Good, hot, reasonably priced food in a clean place is the reason to come here.

Stopped by Saigon Noodle House for a late lunch yesterday with a few friends. I was surprised how many people eat at 2pm! They have a great lunch special — Phở Tai Chin + Egg Roll + Soft Drink for $ 9.50! You can upgrade the egg rolls to spring rolls for an additional $ 2 and upgrade the soft drink to Vietnamese iced coffee for $ 1. Not sure if the waiter came up with those prices on the fly… but it sounded pretty reasonable to me! The phở broth is great and the meat was very fresh and tender. My ultimate test for phở restaurants is whether or not it makes me super parched afterwards… Saigon Noodle House passed, so I guess it’s pretty good in my book.

Been here more than a handful of times and it’s good. The menu seems to be more extensive than way back when it first opened. Keeps busy for the location. I recommend the place if you like phở, bun or the french inspired sandwiches. Nothing mind blowing about the place and portions are to be expected, but a perfect goto when you just don’t want to cook and you don’t want to think to deep about your meal. Something for everybody.
