The store is supposed to open at 10am weekdays. I was at the store about 3 minutes before 10 and waited until 5 minutes after. Finally I called the store. No answer. 20 minutes later I called from home… no answer. Around 10:30 am they finally answered. A bit laid back.

Got the radio shack insurance on the radio shack iPhone plug they make and after a month of use it broke so I took it back. Then the manager says it looked like I broke it which I didn’t so I had to by a new plug. He was mean about it and then the manager walks outside and smokes a cigarette 5 feet from the door opening. Very unprofessional place.

I cracked my iPad screen. This store took it in fixed it like brand new the same day. The staff was professional and took pride in their craftsmanship. A good customer experience.

Go in and get what you need… Otherwise Bad/lazy service don’t point at a wall and tell me to find it after you see me looking for 10 min come and help and don’t tell me, its there and have me re-look and still can’t find it. Left and went to Fry’s they have horrible service to typically but at least I can find what I need there at a better price.

*They had the battery I was looking for. *Could have gotten it for $ 4 less at Fry’s. *Within walking distance to me. *I don’t want to see Radio Shack go under. Trying to keep them in business, but it may be too late(?).
