Domino’s is good for a quick pizza meal when I don’t want to cook. Especially the pan pizza. They are quick and the pizza is always hot. I usually order online. However, the past few times, they have messed up one of the pizzas. The one with white sauce, sausage and onions. Simple really. They either put the red sauce on or forget the sausage or onions. The manager that was there was indifferent. He’d tell us you have to call in for this kind of pizza. Why? The when I want it corrected, he’d tell me it was very busy and it would take 2 hours to get a replacement pizza. He’d want to give us a refund instead. I tell him to go ahead make the correct pizza and we would wait. The pizza would always come in 30 minutes or less. We still order online. They haven’t messed up in awhile…

Wow!!! Today Benjamin Levin made my pizza and it was absolutely delicious! He said it would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes and it was probably ready in 10! He has great customer service. He didn’t give us a hard time when ordering and I really enjoyed my pizza! Oh and he also gave me napkins with my order. Yay because I’m a mess.

Maybe it’s just me, but this Domino’s has been incredibly unreliable. Last time I ordered, the phone wasn’t working, so though I tried to order, I wasn’t able(for almost 2 hours). Now the driver has a car issue and I’d have to wait at least 1 hour for 1 hour. Thus wouldn’t be so bad if I wasn’t ordering on a regular basis for CSU Fullerton. To think the only Domino’s that delivers to this major University has been this unreliable makes me think of missed opportunities for business. Dear manager, please figure this out.

I ordered online and decided to get pizza delivered since I wasn’t feeling well. Unfortunately this was twice in a week we got pizza but oh well. Last week the delivery guy was a senior citizen so I let it go that he asked me to meet him by the back gate. It’s not too far of a walk but when you’re sick it is. Last night the pizza tracker told me the pizza left the building at 550. At 620 I got a call saying the delivery guy was leaving dominoes and he asked if he could meet me at the gate. The gate is problematic to get through sometimes so I agreed. The funny thing was, when my husband walked outside the gate had been opened by a car and there was the pizza delivery guy staring right at it, taking a rest leaning up on his car waiting for us. Ridiculous. We paid you to walk to the door which is not hard to find from the gate and there you are not even making the effort. This dominoes is obviously lazy and not organized. Online I picked my sauces, they forgot one and the pizza was also cold since Angel took 30 minutes to bring a pizza to the street I live on lol. Not gonna bother with these guys again.

I ordered a pizza at 11:45pm online. Granted it was late but I was hungry so what of it? The tracker said the pizza was being made but stopped before it indicated that it was going to be delivered. I waited an additional 15 minutes to see if maybe it was a mistake or if it would change but it never did. I called the store at 15 after midnight to see what the hold up was and the guy on the phone said that because we ordered so late that they wouldnt be able to deliver the order. He said that nothing had even come through their system though the tracker indicated that the pizza was being made by ‘Juan’. He said that I would get my money back within 3 – 4 business days, no apology. It wasnt even until after the phone call that the tracker indicated that ‘Zach’ was delivering my pizza. What a joke! If i cant order a pizza and have it delivered, dont give me the option to do so. A phone call would have been nice to let me know I shouldnt have even wasted my time by waiting. Bad customer service.

Ordered 2 medium pan pizzas well done from the app last night. One pepperoni came out crispy, but with burnt cheese edges. The other was 1\2 cheese, ½ chicken and jalapeño… my standard order… and this one came to us soggy and mushy. Disgusting, especially since I specified well done. I tipped the girl 3 bucks, since the boxes felt hot, but wow was I disappointed. I would have called the store but all they would do is offer to remake it and send it out, which we wouldn’t have had time for, hence the pizza ordering in the 1st place. Think I’ll go to the Hut next time…

I have had issues with this location multiple times and always was patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt until this last experience that put me over the edge. It took me 3HOURS to get my pizza. The«tracker» said my delivery guy left 40 minutes ago when I decided to call the store to see what was going on. When I called, the girl on the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes. Once she got to my call, she told me that my driver had already left the store and to call back in another 10 minutes… Really? I comply and after 10 minutes call back and ask for the manager. He then says«oh, well he had 3 deliveries on your street.» As if that was some kind of excuse. I then ask him if there is anything he can do as I am pushing on 3 hours of getting my pizza. It now being about 10:00pm. He says, «oh, just hand my guy the phone when he gets there.» After I told him I didn’t feel comfortable starting drama with a man at my front door while I am home alone, he says, «just do it. It will be fine, I want to make it right.» It took another 10 minutes before my pizza arrived. It was cold, but the sides of ranch were hot(and tasted spoiled). I waited 3 hours for a cold, stale pizza with a side of bad customer service. Disappointed and never using this location, possibly not this company, again.

Walked into this Dominos tonight. Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza for some children for dinner. I waited the 15 – 20 minutes they handed me the pizza… I opened the box to check the pizza and sure enough it was covered with mushrooms! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience the girl said something about someone else took my pizza… TOOKMYPIZZA? More like WASGIVEN my pizza. The manager did not try to make this right. I requested a refund as I couldn’t wait any longer. Not even an I’m sorry, just sarcastically said, «have a nice day» …they could have offered to remake the pizza they gave away and deliver it. I feel bad for the owner of this Dominos that has these disrespectful KIDS running their business. It wasn’t even busy! Just a few names on the board. Needless to say I will never go to this Brea Dominos again. BLAZE has better pizza and a great crew on every shift that treats their customers right !

I consider this restaurant to have the very best customer service for fast food! All employees immediately greet you when you enter the store. I do online ordering, and my food is always accurately prepared and on time. The employees here are fast and efficient. Thank you for all of your hard work!

I had the worst pizza for a long time. The pizza was half-ass made and baked. The cheese wasn’t fully melted. The ingredients were just thrown on the pizza. I guess I have to thank«Juan» for that! When ordering on the Domino’s app and it said to come and pickup, it does not mean make it when the customer shows up at the store. I just don’t find cheese half melted pleasant to eat on a pizza.

I don’t like pizza but my husband seems to like the Dominos pan pizza. Little did I know that they could make ¼ of it without cheese!!! We called and Carlos was like whatever you need we can do. So we ordered the pan sausage pepperoni and bacon with ¼ no cheese and it was Yummy! I Love the garlic that Dominos uses and the sauce is ok but put them together and Yuuuum!!! And they have this new cookie/brownie dessert that is sooooo Good! Just saying. don’t knock it till you try it! Waaaaayyyyy better than LC!

This location has very fast delivery. On occasion, they have forgotten some things like a dipping sauce or banana peppers but I usually let it go, it’s the small stuff anyway. The drivers are pleasant, they delivery quickly so it’s always hot when I get it. Quality is average for a fast-food pizza place but I’ve never had any problems. I get basic pizzas, though, so maybe that has something to do with it. I’ve never had to speak to a manager, hope it keeps up this way.

On my 2nd experience Carlos the manager made up for the issues that happened last night by giving us a free pizza and great customer service! The pizza was great tonight and the thin crust was cooked to perfection! Would have been 5 stars if not for the first time ordering. First visit: I received the wrong order and called to correct it. I usually would have just let it go and eat the wrong pizza without complaining but it was burnt to a crisp! Even the toppings were burnt BLACK! I’ve called SEVEN times and have been hung up on every time. The one time I got through I was put on hold for 17 minutes and eventually gave up.

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I can’t give 0. This location has horrible customer service! Whatever«manager-Carlos» was working didn’t even apologize for the horrible quality of food. We aren’t looking for free food but for you too apologize and fix the issue. Lost my business!

My Girlfriend and I ordered cheese-free pizzas with extra pizza sauce. We both have dairy allergies so we need the extra sauce to make up for the absence of cheese. When I picked up the pizzas, they had little to no pizza sauce despite the clear order of extra pizza sauce. I then asked for more sauce and instead of the employees giving me a side of pizza sauce, they gave me a little plastic container of marinara which isn’t the sauce on the order. All of the employees didn’t seem to understand this or care due to the fact that they were too busy watching a basketball game. I understand that the NBA Finals are important to people, but they shouldn’t come before the customer. It gets worse. After driving home, my girlfriend and I decided to go back for the pizzas to be remade because they were simply unacceptable. The manager told us he would have the pizzas remade. We received the second attempt of our pizzas which looked more like pizza soup due to the overly excessive amount of sauce. And to make things worse, the«roasted red peppers» were barely cooked and the dough was literally still gooey because it was so under-cooked. I know what they say about assumptions, but I would assume most anyone would realize the amount of sauce we got on the second try was way too much. Will definitely not be returning to this Dominos branch ever again.

Worst Dominos branch ever! Ordered a pizza and sandwich online for carryout and when I picked it up and came found out that that instead of a sandwich they gave me cinnamon sticks. Called the store and told them they messed up the order. Without being apologetic at all the response I got was«you should have checked the order before you left». When I have them a piece of my mind their response was«bring the order back and we will fix it» instead of we will get it over to you. I get to the store and they aren’t apologetic at all and made no gestures to take care of a customer. Instead the attitude was like they were doing me a favor, snickering and joking about messing up my order. I started ordering Dominos after their refocus on their customer but this would be he last time I’ll get dominos; at least from this branch! I guess old habits die hard Ruined my night

Dominos, I can forgive your mediocre pizza. I can’t forgive your shit service. Thursdays is a busy day for us. By the time I get home and the wife gets home from work and shuttling kids through their after-school activities, there’s not much time to make dinner. One kid goes off to soccer practice by 6:30, so it’s just easy to order pizza and have it show up hot and ready to eat. We’ve done this without fail, almost every Thursday, for probably a year. Wife always orders online and pays online, no problem, never calls so I’m not even sure they have our phone number in their system. February 5th. A week ago tonight. Another hectic Thursday. Wife submits our order around 5pm. Two medium pan pizzas. 5:30 comes and goes. 5:45 comes and goes. Wife is now calling and told it’ll be there any minute, the driver got lost. Lost? We live a block away. Google maps says it’s a 5 minute walk. Around 6:10 comes a knock on the door and a very apologetic delivery person gives us two cold pizzas. Not warm, not kind of warm. Cold. He apologizes up and down but can’t do anything about it. He’s just the worker bee. So the kid scarfs down one piece and I pack a couple in a tupperware so I can take her to practice and eat while we’re there. Note: this means I can’t drink a lovely malt and hop beverage while I eat. This. Will. Not. Stand. As we’re packing up, the wife calls and speaks to Carlos who says he’s the manager. Also apologetic, some excuse about the driver’s GPS getting them lost. Says he’ll give us credit for our order, but wont refund what we already paid. Wife is VERY skeptical about this. Carlos takes our phone number, but won’t send an email, won’t do anything other than swear up and down we’ll get our credit and«everyone knows» to give us credit. Well along comes February 12. Exactly a week later. Another hectic Thursday and the wife calls to order two medium pan pizzas. She gets transferred to a manager who, of course, knows nothing about Carlos’ credit promise. But! they will go ahead and comp us two pizzas«because I believe you.» Can’t call Carlos at home? No. OK, fine, 1 medium pan, cheese only light sauce. 1 medium pan, pepperoni and black olive. «Oh, I can only give you a 1 topping pizza.» um, the cheese pizza has nothing on it, you can’t use that as my 1 topping? Apparently not. «And you’ll have to pay $ 2 for delivery.» Suddenly the free pizza TOCOMPENSATEUSFORCOLDPIZZA is not so free. We picked it up. Wife will be calling bosses and bosses of bosses later. Sorry, Dominos, there are better options out there. We only tolerated you because it was relatively quick and you delivered. You won’t get any more of our money, and I’m making sure I tell all my friends.
