Will never bring my dogs back. My dogs tremble when I drop them off. I didn’t think much of it but when they get home they won’t eat, bark, or play until the following day. For this to happen to both my dogs, Shih tzu and poodle is unusual.
This last time I brought them my poodle was crying after I picked her up. She had pain in her anal and it was really red. I ask the groomer what happened and he said it didnt happen there. Well, I dropped her off and she was perfectly fine.
He keeps changing the prices, too. He increased the price from $ 50 for both my little dogs to $ 80. I was so upset he would not adjust the price.
I will never return. There is another groomer across the street that I will try. I truly feel so sad when I pick them up from groomers and they are traumatized. I kept giving them chances but when my poodle was physically hurt and crying, no more!

While I was out of town my daughter brought my 13 yr old teacup Maltese to this groomer. She picked the dog up and when she got her home my daughter noticed she had several razor nicks. They had to have noticed because the dog had bled. My daughter was very distraught. I can’t believe they didn’t even say anything. I will NEVER take my dog there again. I want her in a caring environment that is trustworthy.

They were very rude and disrespectful when I tried to explain what I needed for my grandmothers dog

Love this place!!! Nicholas is the greatest. I have a special needs dog and Nicholas is fabulous with her. She loves to go to the goomer go figure:-) We consider Nicholas as one of the family. Thanks Nicholas you are the best!

I was more then impressed with my very first visit to this groomer. I have a white Maltipoo that requires careful grooming… and an owner that has specific requirements… which would be me! I have been to 4 different groomers in the Brea, Fullerton, Placentia area and none came close to this groomer.
Besides that? All the others were overpriced some were ridiculous. His prices are fair and therefore deserves tipping, which I never do for any other groomer.
The place is small, which I love so my dog doesn’t come home all stressed out for the multitude of dogs and all the noise they make. There’s nothing fancy, no bows, etc. which I throw away or the dog pulls off anyway.
I highly recommend this groomer… oh and my dog Rosie… she does too. Save your $$$ and give them a try.

We love Nicolas, the groomer! I highly recommend him! He’s always so kind and asks about the kids. :) We live so close that sometimes he offers to bring our dog back to our house. How cool is that???
I only gave 4 stars because it’s not so fancy, where your dog would get a bow in her fur, etc. We don’t need that stuff anyways. I think those bows are a waste of money because they just end up in the trash.
The shop is simple and clean. Bring your pets here and save a little bit of $$ compared to PetSmart!
