We used this company last year and they did an excellent job, but we just used them again and were
VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
The identical move last year took 3 hrs. We did not add any additional furniture yet this move which was only 2 blocks apart (not the 25 min. like last time), and it took them 6 HOURS & DOUBLE THE COST. I called today to ask for an adjustment and have them address a desk top that they totally broke through on the move and did not disclose. I spoke with «John» and all he was offering was a 30 minute adjustment and nothing re the broken desk until he «talks to the guys» who did the job. He tried to attribute the change due to snow on the ground which I challenged would not double the time from 3 – 6 hrs.
