Starbucks

plz give them a raise or sth. they looks so unhappy. I ordered a hot latte and the young lady charged Me a hot Mocha. I told her this Is not what I wanted and she told Me Mocha Is same as latte. lol seriously? I told her Mocha Is coffee and chocolate and I wanted latte. (coffee and milk) totally two different things. then I looked at the barisa for help and luckily she knows! but I also ordered Kids temperature and guess what? bingo! its very hot!

As the cashier said, «We do what we can, we only have two people, this is not a regular Starbucks.» I feel you, girl. We all just do what we can.
it’s a Starbucks inside a Safeway. I’m not excusing mediocrity or substandard behavior but I’m saying, you know what time it is, boo boo. I come here when I’m jonesin’ on a Saturday around 1 P.M. and they treat me sweetly, they keeps it real and they churn out a good venti black iced coffee. Extra points because one of the dolls called me «badass» and I happened to be wearing a braid and a crop top that day so somehow in my mind and under the influence of caffeine I legit started thinking of myself as a cross between Jackie Brown and Lara Croft for the rest of the day. No lie.

The workers here today, Kailani, Darlene, and another worker without a name tag on. None of them looked like they doing. They put something in a blender, stop and smell it, and put something else in there. Horrible wait time.

good for on the go but customer service is different from one day to another, definitely an area that needs work as well as quality of drinks too!

Most of the people that work here do not look happy. Not a great way to start my day. They need to work on their customer service

Starbucks inside Safeway is small but convenient. Can’t complain when we can sip cappuccino while shopping. The only downfall is that they only have a small number of staff so when its crowded the wait could get long.
