I would just like to say I had a horrible experience at this location… LAURA«THEGENERALMANAGER» was so rude! She has no customer service/no respect what’s so ever… Honestly this made me not want to ever come back! She is making me want to take my business somewhere else like O’riley Auto parts! She is giving Autozone a bad name!

I ordered brake parts from their internet site thinking was ordering parts with the impression that I would pick them up at the store, like I have done at their major competitor(who I did not have problems with) and discovered that they were shipping them to my hone. I called customer service and was informed that they could not stop the order and that my card will be charged. I was also told that I will have my parts on Monday and I was planning on doing the job that weekend. Long story short I went to the store and picked up the parts that they had on stock. This it is now Tuesday and tracking the order half of the order is to be delivered by this coming up Friday a week late. I do not recommend using their online service customer service was not accommodating. Their major competitor which is located directly across the street in Pittsburg California gave me better customer service then I experience with autozone. I’m very disappointed

These people have given me a bad alternator three times when it has a lifetime warranty, I was refused to let speak to the manager and they wont upgrade my alternator. So now I have to pay a mechanic for the third time. I wont be buying my car’s stuff here any more. There customer service and attitude is as good as my toddlers… yeah that bad!
