These guys are the best deal in town. Salad, 2 huge slices and a drink for $ 6? Better than fast food and twice as good. And they understand if you have an lunch hour that means you have an hour to get there, eat, and get back. I have known the owner for years. He is a very classy guy and if ever you weren’t happy with something he would take care of it. Chicken deluxe sandwich is the best. If you can eat more than the 8″ you should be in an eating contest. Grilled chicken salad is a gigantic with a ton of chicken. My daughter loves the ziti. My son loves their stromboli, which is two meals. All three of us agree it is the best ranch dressing ever!

I was in the mood for a stromboli, and theirs did not disappoint. The side sauce was fresh and tasty and the large stromboli was huuuge. We also tried hot sandwiches which were good, and a decent salad. Very satisfied with out takeout meal.

Have eaten here a few times while visiting the area. It is a small place nothing fancy. I thought the pizza was great, a nice crust and not greasy like other places. The pasta is ok not spectacular but ok.

I love Elizabeth’s pizza! I grew up in Brooklyn as a child and this is so good for being in NC. Even their Sicilian pizza is good! I love their salads and have tried all of them. They make their own dressings which is the best part. Their Stromboli’s are awesome. My favorite part of Elizabeth’s is there marinara sauce!!! I wish they’d sell it by the pound. I’ve never asked, but maybe I will. I’ve never had a problem with the service over there. It’s high school kids usually working the counter and waiting tables. I think they do a great job because it’s always busy in there. The guys in the kitchen are always working their butts off. I walk with a cane and have had on more than one occasion, somebody help me to my car with my orders(which are never small when you have boys)! I’ve never had their subs but I don’t go there for that anyway. If you haven’t tried them then you need to get there!

Elizabeth’s Pizza is my favorite restaurant in Chatham County! Their pizzas, salads and subs are my favorites. My family always chooses this restaurant because their service and food is always great. Everyday of the week they have great lunch specials. I highly recommend this restaurant if you happen to grab lunch or dinner in the Pittsboro area.

Our office orders here for lunch frequently. I have tried most of the salads and they are great. Their ranch dressing is the REALDEAL! They sell it by the oz too! The pizza and Italian food is good too. I wasn’t blown away by the subs, but they aren’t bad. The quality of the food and service are always good.

Their food is good. But don’t try their subs they aren’t worth the money you will spend. Their customer service is extremely poor! Their wait staff is very young today I went in and two people were more concerned with their cell phones then helping us. They messed up our order and instead of apologizing for the mistake they lied. If you are going to eat here don’t call in your order either eat there or order there and take it home make sure it is correct before you leave.

We have been to Elizabeth’s on multiple occasions. The food is only mediocre and customer service is non existent. What did it for us was the lack of customer service. My husband called In our order one item being a sub combo with French fries with a coupon. When he went to pickup the order they hadn’t made the French fries, and instead of giving quality customer service(making what we ordered) and an explanation the employee handed him back his coupon. Needless to say we will not be going back. Highly recommend John’s as a much better alternative!

Their Italian food is very good given the location — I am from NJ in an all-Italian family & know good cooking. Hard to find anything close but this gets in the ballpark. Also really like their pizza — top 3 for me in the RDU/Chatham county region

We order pizza from here pretty regularly and it’s decent, especially for a small town pizzeria. The pasta dishes and salads are pretty much inedible and the ambiance leaves something to be desired. This could be much improved with a change from fluorescent lights to table lamps. The subs are okay, and I hear good things about the cheese steak in particular.

I believe this is Elizabeth’s Italian Restaurant(the addresses match up) so that’s what I’m reviewing and I apologize if I’m incorrect. After a long and stressful day, my fiancé and I decided to go exploring. We’re not natives, so it’s always a fun way to unwind. We found ourselves in Pittsboro at dinner time. Options were limited, and we ended up here because the S & T Soda Shoppe was standing room only and about to close. The décor is a little country, very quaint. Our waitress was so incredibly delightful. The food is very good, but only to a specific type of patron I would imagine. I spent most of my childhood in small town Texas, then moved to small town Arizona. This is the exact type of Italian restaurant I grew up on and enjoy. It’s not gourmet, it’s not for a foodie looking for authentic Italian sauces and homemade pasta and10 year old imported Parmesan. It’s hearty, filling, and tasty, never very spicy. We got fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They were delicious but typical breaded and fried mushrooms, and served with a side of homemade ranch. For entrees I got the stuffed eggplant, which came with salad and garlic bread. It was 3 thin slices of breaded eggplant, rolled up and stuff with ham, salami, ricotta cheese, and fresh garlic. They were topped with a nice basic marinara, mozzarella, and a sprinkling of dried parsley. It shared the plate with a large side of spaghetti and red sauce. The spaghetti reminded me of that type you get at church suppers, it seemed almost light and fluffy. That might be because I only eat whole wheat pasta at home, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Anyway, it was delicious and filling. I ate one roll at dinner and saved the rest for later. My garlic bread was decent, not particularly garlic-y, and was obviously the bottom half of a sub roll. The salad was a plate of lettuce, red onions, a couple tomato slices and pieces of carrots, and omg tons of mozzarella cubes and croutons. After I’d eaten the veggies there was still quite a bit of cheese and croutons left. Peter ordered the small cheese steak stromboli. I can’t quite remember the menu name, it was called steak stromboli special o0r something along those lines. It had a nice thin chewy crust and was stuffed with steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese. Delicious! It came with a side of marinara. He is a big guy with a big appetite and only ate half. Also worth noting is that we fought over the leftovers! We ended up splitting everything 50⁄50. We plan to go back, hopefully soon. The food was tasty, nostalgic, and perfect comfort food. Just keep in mind it is very much Americanized Italian food and is not really meant for someone who expects authenticity. More like what you’d get at a church supper or pta fundraiser.
