Got a sweet tattoo from Butter today. very clean and Butter was great! So glad we discovered this gem right in the heart of Pismo. Will come back. Loved the beautiful zen garden… Highly recommend!

So UPDATE… The coverup I had done nugget made fat lines for the octpus tentacles. They occasionally get inflamed and itchy. Happens every other week or so. You can tell when my skin gets inflamed the path of the needles and it was his covering not the previous lines. Overall extremely disappointed

So I haven’t been tattooed here… yet! The 5 stars are for the awesome costumer service Went to Pismo at 10am in hopes of finding a tattoo artist that was willing and confident about doing a cover-up of a cover-up. Unfortunately every tattoo shop around doesn’t open til noon! I was about to head back up the coast when i remembered someone mentioning a guy named Nugget at Pismo Tattoo. They were opening right as i pulled up, 11am, sweet! I went in & began to explain my crappy cover-up story to Nugget & Amanda. They both listened to my concerns and took the time to study my tattoo to see what he could do with it.(Unlike another shop in SLO where the guy wasn’t so enthusiastic or interested in helping me) Nugget made me feel comfortable about what he could do. He was sincere about wanting to give me a piece of art that i was happy with. I am looking forward to getting some work done by him. Thanks Nugget and Amanda for being open early, listening to my rambling about someone elses mistake, taking your time to talk with me and making me feel comfortable. See you guys soon!!!
