Since the day this open and I have been a loyal customer! I have been through all the managers from the good to the bad, I have watched workers come and go. But I must say the new manager he is absolutely incredible! As corporate knows I have issues with the last manager there and I was very upfront emailing regional and district about the issue. They were amazing handling it. And I want to give you major props to whoever hired this new manager. He is what you guys need. He is not just a Typical manager, he is actually working his butt off he is a team player! He knows the regulars be name, he makes us feel like a family walking in there. The new staff he has brought in as well as bringing back old staff members who have transferred. It is such a great place again. I could go on and on!

I love Peets even though they raised the prices again … This location seems to have a longer wait time then some of the others I go to. They are always friendly

This place always have long lines, but it’s not due to slow service. The staff here are always friendly, fast and efficient so even with the SUPER long lines I am usually in and out in less than 10 minutes with my cup of brew. The coffee is always fresh and deliciously made. I’m bummed they do not have a rewards program like Starbucks though because I would ditch Starbucks for Pete’s. It also helps that it’s less than a mile away from home and on the way to work for me.

Matcha Green Tea Latte has been my latest obsession and it’s $ 1 off with check-in. Needless to say, I’m a fan. Study space is kind of limited. Mostly single tables with very few large ones for groups. There is one handicap table that seats 3 — but I feel bad taking that space. Not the greatest study spot if you’re with a group, or if you want to spread out. If you’re alone and just want to read or sit and enjoy your coffee, it’s great! This particular Peet’s Coffee feels like a gathering spot for the community — so many of the other customers seemed to know each other! I thought that was really nice. The line is consistently long. I’ve seen it go out the door once! They’re efficient and polite though! I’ll be back for sure!

oh no– what happened??? I was last here a few months back twice and had a wonderful experience after swearing I would never come here again. Well today a different story. Long lines don’t move and when I finally get to the cashier she is rude and disinterested. I pick up our two drinks and both made incorrectly. I tell the barista and he states that is how it was rung in. No offer to make it right. Didn’t see any of the happy employee faces I had seen on my past two visits. That says ALOT!

A neat thing about Pete is the ability to choose from multiple selections of beans that you can freshly bagged up and take home.

I love Peets. Don’t get me wrong. But this location has some rude workers there. One girl stands around looking like she sucks on a lime between clients. I get it. You stand around and ring up 5 dollar lattes all day. Life is hard.

Came in today and left very happy with my purchase My fiancé and I dined in and tried the pumpkin latte and the Mayan mocha. Very happy shall I say. The store was clean and staff was very personal and friendly. My fiancé asked if he could get a pretty design done with his drink and the barista assured him he would try his best… which he did lol(I loved the honesty). All in all this is a nice coffee lounge to meet up with some friends and just chill and chat. I’ll definitely be back.

Staff are really cool. Place is always jammed but the line goes by fast. Hard workers all around. There’s a new blonde girl who got my order wrong but replaced it right away with a smile. The coffee always tastes better where the people are chill.

Great service. Closest Peets around. Sometimes long lines but they move fast. Parking lot gets congested but try parking in the back… easy in and easy out.

Did you know that Peet’s, at the beginning of 2015, started selling a light roast? The Colombia Luminosa. While they don’t brew it for the masses, they will make it for you in a French press for a very reasonable cost. The barista here, suggested doing this for me; because they don’t get this request as often, they actually miscalculated the water and grinds. So basically it took longer than expected. I’d be fuming over this, but their customer service and hospitality was impeccable. Because of their slowness, they decided to not charge me for my other order, and gave me a complimentary drink on the house. On top of that, they made my Luninosa a large size, and kept me updated the whole way through. I don’t expect perfection from businesses and restaurants and cafes; mistakes are bound to happen. What’s more important to me are how the staff rebound from their hiccups. They did that here, with much courtesy and grace. This is a great spot! Lots of outdoor seating, and spots to chat or work inside. I appreciate places like this!

Must try the Javiva drink ! Nicely blended and no chunky ice texture. Great refreshment on hot summer days !

Highly disappointed! I’ve been going to this Peets since it opened, yet I keep asking myself, «Why»? The same mistake occurs time and time again with my drink! It’s honestly not rocket science to follow simple instructions! What’s so difficult about making a large iced mocha, entire cup filled with ice and adding whip cream? Why the consistent screw up of passing me off an iced white mocha when I’ve specified numerous times, an allergy to white chocolate? Pay attention! I’m paying you over $ 5 for a beverage that continues to be messed up. And you wonder why I call in and complain and ask to have it remade CORRECTLY!!!

I love coming here when I need a really strong pick me up! The staff has always been nice and friendly, and my order has only been wrong once(they gave me an iced drink instead of hot), but they quickly fixed the situation and gave me a card for a free beverage my next visit. I love the variety of drinks they have and it’s great that they constantly update their menu. This is also a good place to study since it doesn’t get as crowded as other coffee shops.

This branch of Peet’s has always served me well, albeit being a busy café, and sometimes difficult to find a spot to chill. They are very friendly and welcoming… great staff always helps with impressions. Tried the mayan mocha for free, and their pastries are above average. The strip mall in which the café is located is supremely excellent… I like to shop at TJ’s as well, and since 5 Guys and Yogurtland moved in… fuggitaboutit. Plus, tomorrow, the 11th, Krispy Kreme is opening there too! Union City no more. yay for that.
