I’m being generous with the stars since I go here so often. Please don’t say the tea I just ordered is «disgusting.» You have the right to your opinion but it is NOT professional. We can hear you ya know? * Thank you for taking the flies away from the place * The bathroom is actually clean * Internet is decent

Can someone please tell the girl at the register to do her hair!!! Putting it up in a messed up bun is not combing your hair… So annoyed, I have to see her all the time. If your going to work please be professional!!! Where’s the manager? Don’t they see her. Sorry not trying to be mean but it irritates me to see people like this.

Regular coffee is always burnt. Long lines are to be expected, but very non social staff and people who don’t want to engage with the customers. They do get very busy, but at least have the business practice of getting connected with the guests getting coffee and contribute to their morning routine rather than start their day off poorly. Peet’s coffee isn’t as convenient, but they are always friendly, engaging and serve not burnt coffee.

The ONLY reason I come to this Starbucks is when I have to go to the bank next door. I decided to come in one morning after making a deposit and walked right up to the cash register since there was no line but I waited until the barista’s were done talking about their personal life for them to finally take my drink order. I know they saw me walk in but that didn’t stop the barista’s from actually stopping the conversation to take the customers order. Talk about lack of customer service. I ordered a tall caramel macchiato with soy and my coffee came out tasting like sugar. Just pure sugar! Gross! If I wanted sugar then I would have bought some from the grocery store. After this experience now I remember I go elsewhere for my coffee. I never want to waste my time or spend another dollar here.

The coffee is good. Cons: they always get the order wrong. They just forgot a drink and gave another person a y’all instead of a grande. Of course, I will live with it. This place had a drive through… Amazing!!!

The staff is friendly and actually cares about getting your order right(unlike the one in Rodeo). I drive out of my way to go to the one in Hercules to avoid going to the Starbucks in Rodeo.

Good Starbucks coffee –a barista messed up an order one time giving me chai iced latte instead of chai tea, but it’s okay –not ideal place for studying since tables and seats can get packed and it’s a pretty small venue –but it’s good for your daily coffee fix!

It seems like most of these employees have no sense of urgency. Watching them make drinks at a turtles pace and then stop to gossip while you’re in a rush to not be late for work can ruin a perfectly good morning. I feel bad giving a Hercules business two stars, but I will literally drive to Pinole every morning to avoid coming here.

Although there are many Starbucksvin the world this one is extra special. I don’t know who is doing the hiring but they have it on point. I walk in around 8am in the mornings and even though most of the ladies have been up for hours they greet me with kindness and love every time. I believe my favorite is flower. She is always so happy no matter what kind of grumpy and unhappy people walk into her store. Thank you for always making my corporate boring morning more pleasant. You guys rock!!!

You should stop reading reviews and get out and experience something for yourselves. Don’t me to sound negative but would love for you to get out and experience what life has to offer. And I mean it’s Starbucks, come on!
