Love, love, love these folks. They always go above and beyond. I’ve taken my car to them every time I’ve needed auto repair since 2005. Each time they made sure insurance was satisfied whether accidents were my fault or not. They will set up rental cars for you, including pick up and drop off services directly from the shop. The work is always phenomenal. One instance, something strange happened to a 3 inch spot of paint on my trunk lid; I called them and they immediately got me in, set me up with a rental, and fixed it quickly. The whole team of servicemen and women make the experience fantastic. The owners are in the office often and will take the time to speak to and get to know the customers. They ask about family and remember details from months and years prior. The customer and quality service are obviously their priorities. We have had three cars in and out for various reasons with excellent service, and we’ve recommended them to friends who have raved about the business as well. Great work, superb people. As long as I live in the area(or within reasonable driving distance), S&M will be my go-to body shop!

update. A few months ago I lost a piece of plastic trim, so I went to the dealer to get another one. There was residue glue that looked like hot melt where one of the plastic clips was supposed to be and other plastic clip had double sided tape on it. About a month later, the piece that has my keyless entry was coming loose and I could see that it also has been attached to my car with double sided tape and the clips that were supposed to hold it in place were broken. This time I took it back, and they said they put«better double sided tape» on it. Like I am to believe that the trim on my car was attached with double sided tape. I also had a piece of trim in the inside that has been coming loose and the same story, it looks like the clips that hold it on are broken. So it appears to me that many of the plastic clips that hold much of my trim on was broken on disassembly and instead of replacing the broken piece, they stuck them on with glue or tape. I have to wonder what is going to fall off my car next? This was a brand new car with only 6000 miles on it when it was damaged in a hail storm.
