After getting side swipped(at a very slow speed, I needed a touch up to my side rear panel and a bumper. My insurrance company and the adjuster recommended Jerry Rhyne. I was skepitcal because there were not many cars in the bays and after I dropped my car off, I became seemingly invisible while I waited for Enterprise to pick me up(some interesting conversations right in front of me). On the day I was supposed to pick up my car(as soon as they were supposed to open), I got a call from the manager letting me know my car was not ready. That was annoying but he did a good job of explaining the circumstances why and also why he did not let me know until I was five minutes away(could have saved me the trip). However, they showed they do actually care about customer service by arranging to meet me anywhere I wanted with my car and arranging with Enterprise to take the rental off my hands. The work and paint job was amazing. You would never know anything had happened. They even washed my car for me! The only reason I’m not giving it a five star is because their customer service(what you say in front of customers) and communication was a little shaky(if the guy initially working on my car had let the manager know it wasn’t done, he could have then let me know and saved me the trip). Not bad, but could be better. Hopefully I don’t have to give them repeat business but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate.
