Upon signing up for a storage unit, I had problems but Rachel stepped in and took ownership to handle my problem personally. Although the district manager Jack Coleman wasn’t helpful in resolving my problem after three month, Rachel has been there to send email after email to him and help calm the fire I feel towards Public Storage. At the end of the day, I am still at public storage because of her.

Got my space quickly. Price for the climate controlled unit was reasonable, and Katorria was very helpful with the process. Everything was explained clearly, and she overall provided exceptional customer service.

I rented at this location because of Ashley. Everytime I had a problem, she was there to assist. Her customer service is unmatched. i will be a customer as long as they have people like her… Thank you for being the face of Public Storage.
