Audio Advice

This is my first experience with Audio Advice, and I must say so far its been fantastic! I am currently working with Jeff D. from the Raleigh location on a major upgrade to a media room project. He is filled with amazing ideas, that will transform my room into my dream set up. Jeff has provided me several recommendations on equipment with easy to understand descriptions as to why certain things are needed and why. I, hands down, trust Jeff with his recommendations, and I am looking forward to working with him throughout the process. I will continue to update my experience as time goes on, but for now Audio Advice, and Jeff are in a league of their own and I couldn’t be happier!

The people at Audio Advice have been great! Other service providers could learn a thing or two from these guys. They wore booties in my house and used drop clothes to protect my floors. Our new systems performance exceeds our expectations. Someone said that they are expensive, not true. If you want cheap stuff, go to Walmart. If you want the best, go to Audio Advice. Thanks Jim!

I’ve done business with Audio Advice for 30 years now, first in Raleigh and now here in Charlotte. Their team is the best I’ve seen in Audio, Video and Automation. In fact, I’d rate my experience with them as among the best in any industry. Leon Shaw and his team not only carry and sell the best gear in the industry but they live and breathe this stuff personally. Everyone working at Audio Advice is passionate about their own experience with audio, video and home automation.
I’ve worked with different folks over the years. Mostly Leon and Ivan up in Raleigh. Mostly Dustin and Robert here in Charlotte. I recommend all of them highly. All are very honest and direct and can be relied upon to give the very best advice. When they discuss something as simple as a component or as complex as a whole house system, they bring their own experience into the equation and they approach each solution with a longer term approach in mind (rather than making a quick sale). This is why I’ve been and remain a lifelong customer and why I feel good referring my friends and family to them.

Okay, I’m not on a bottomless budget but I’ve been scraping my pennies together for a number of years to finally kit out my bonus room… and that day has finally come.
John and his team worked patiently with my better half and me to customize a solution to fit our needs and our budget. Nothing was too much effort and their communication was excellent.
Once all the bits and pieces had arrived, an installation date was scheduled and as if by magic my bare bonus room has been transformed into a media haven. Professional to a fault and so easy to work with.
The only problem is that it took me so long to write this as I’ve not been able to crowbar myself out of the room.
Highly, highly recommended.
