Takes forever and there is a lovely dead roach on the bench next to me. No thank you.

Horrible service! I’ve tried this place 3 times in the last month and every time there was an issue with something. I only use the drive thru since I have a 30 minute lunch break. The first time I received the wrong food and didn’t realize until I got to work. The second time I received a totally different smoothie then I ordered. The only thing that had me return was the fact that the food and smoothies taste decent.
Today was strike 3 for me. It took awhile for someone to acknowledge that I was waiting at the drive thru, I ordered the chicken pesto and a smoothie. When i paid the lady told me she put the wrong sandwich on the receipt but assured me that i would get the correct sandwich. I was given someone else’s sandwich who was in line behind me, given their smoothie as well. Gave it back to the guy who came to the window and was given the correct smoothie (lacking sugar) and a sandwich. I get to work, late, and now I open the sandwich and it was the one on the receipt (a southwest with bacon… smh…I don’t even like bacon).
Very disappointed that they are unprofessional, don’t say thank you or have a good day, and don’t even give me what I order. I will not return, I have finally learned my lesson!

Waited for a very long time for a smoothie to be made. The service was absolutely horrible. I asked what took so long and the girl says these smoothies take a lot of blending… Really??? Definitely will not be back!

Love the island green smoothie! The food is really good too! I’ve had a few different sandwiches and salads and all have been good.
The staff all seem friendly. They can get a little backed up lunch time though. This is my go to lunch spot!

The Avocolada. My newest obsession. I really love that the smoothies here can be customized. You can get them with sugar, sweetener, no sugar added. You can added in an energizer or vitamin c immune boost (be careful with this one, it changes the flavor). You can substitute out different proteins or fruits.
I like the Avocolada with sweetener instead of sugar and energizer added in (99 cents extra). If I could afford to, I would drink one every single day. It’s a great way to get in your fruits and vegetables and it tastes amazing. The energizer definitely gives me energy. It doesn’t make me want to run a marathon or anything, but it helps.
I have only tried the food here once. Personally, I thought that my turkey sandwich was good, but was lacking something. I tried the apple and kale salad for the side… skip that. All in all, the food wasn’t worth the price or effort for me. I might try the tacos one day. Until then, it is a smoothie life for me.

Waited 20 minutes for two smoothies. Almost drove away. Do not waste your time at this location or this company for that matter. Horrible all around

Horrible customer service! Pulled in to drive thru. Open sign was still on and there were 2 cars in line. There was a man working the window. He looked up but never said a word. After second car pulled away, the man walked away and a young woman with long blonde hair walked up to the window and as I drove up to the window, she looked in my direction and turned off the light.
I own my own business and if one of my employees treated a customer like that, they would be fired on the spot.
I recommend going to the Tropical Smoothie on Seminole or the one by Tyrone mall. Much better customer service on both.

Smoothie — average taste, heavy and thick texture, only one size
Menu — includes 30+ kinds of smoothie and grain-​based breakfast bowl
Parking — private lot, plenty
Interior — boasting Caribbean look and feel, cheap décor, chairs are uncomfortable but A/​C is adequate
Exterior — not much to see
Service — friendly and appropriate
All in all, OK for a quick stop for tropical smoothie as the business name suggests. It could have been better if the menu includes cold-​pressed juice, also, offers variant size option for smoothies.

My mother came to town for my birthday in June and on the last day I her being here we decided to give it a try. Every time we passed it she would inquirie about it but I would say I heard its good but never went there. I was unsure about fast food chicken places due to my extreme selective taste.
I broke down and decided to try the place and I ordered the pico de gallo chicken burger, while she ordered a tropical burger. I have to say that I very much enjoyed the burger and surprised with the high quality of the chicken and ingredients.
I have to say now I know why it is highly rated because the stuff they give you is high quality and good for you. It is not greasy or heavily sauced it is simple and they give you things in the side so you can chose to what you want to place on the burger.
I would have to say that I would come again and eat there when I want something quick and easy and healthy.

Literary the best tropical smoothie I’ve been to ever! I go to all of them as I commute back and forth from Alabama to southern Florida and this particular location is the absolute best! The food is amazing! It looks just like the picture and tastes even better! The atmosphere is great, the staff really seems to be enjoying their work and they definitely want to know if we, the customers, are satisfied! Above and beyond great service! I’ll be returning only here when I’m in Florida for sure!

I frequently visit the location in the Tyrone area but decided to stop by this one because it was closer– what a mistake. Not only did it take 10 minutes for someone to take my smoothie order, even though workers were walking back and forth and did not acknowledge me, when a worker finally came to the register, she decided to pay attention to her friends that were waiting behind me talking about a party they were going to as her shift ended. Took forever to get my smoothies also. Terrible customer service and the smoothies were tasteless. I will not be returning.

I’ve been going to tropical smoothie cafes for a while. First time to this one. When I placed my order there was a mix up. I was charged for 2 smoothies instead of one. Joshua was so considerate. Not only did he refund me for the extra smoothie but for that extra hospitality, gave me the 2^nd smoothie free. A little bit goes a long way.

The sandwiches and wraps are fantastic; I prefer the wraps. And the pineapple delight smoothie is perfection.
Everyone is really nice too!

You know the first time I came here I really didn’t like it. It says right on their menu they add turbinado sugar to all smoothies and I think fruit is sweet enough on it’s own. The last time I went the cashier told me you can opt out of turbinado, woo! They really should make it an opt-​in turbinado to be honest.
They actually have some decent wraps and things for lunch too. Great in a pinch. Not too many vegetarian options, but the southwest wrap or something like that is alright.

I was given a blatantly wrong to-​go order at a different TS location, but couldn’t get in touch with that locations management after I had gotten all the way home and made the discovery (Fountain Pkwy location, I’m really not happy with you). It was stuff my husband and I couldn’t even eat. I called the manager on duty, Robert, at this Park Blvd location, and he was so wonderful and invited me over at my convenience so he could rectify it. His management isn’t even affiliated with the franchise that screwed up my order, but he was generous enough to replace the meal. He saved the day! And his smile and energy is infectious, so after a bad day, he smoothed out my crabby mood. :)

Amazing healthy tastes, great price, and very clean. Definitely give this place a try if you’re into healthy and tasty wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, paninis and a variety of great tasting smoothies! :-)

I’ve always loved Tropical Smoothie Cafes since they opened the first one near Tyrone mall. Now there is one on my way to work. And they have a drive thru! Makes life on the go so much easier! Today I went hoping they would be open at 7. Lo and behold they were open before 7! This made my morning 10 times better. Get to the speaker to order and the menu board was foggy but you could still read it some what. Yet the two people working where fatty and efficient in getting orders done. Had two cars ahead of me with two smoothies a piece and were served in like moments apart from each other. I didn’t even have to wait! Got my order right on the dot. Both employees were super nice and friendly. The store also looked very clean when I drove off. Would have been 5 stars if it want for the menu board. A must try if you’ve never been.
