The price is what gets my friend returning and decent food. I came on a weekday for the first time today, and so I guess that’s why we didn’t wait long like some Unilocalers complaining. Big portion and I enjoyed my gyro omelette though! Did not know that existed. Good meat and my friend had the biscuit and gravy. Looks big and delicious. I shall return.

The food is pretty good. It’s definitely your diner style restaurant. The greek salad with chicken was pretty good with the pita bread. I think the décor is quite simple and nothing fancy but it fits my bill that I was looking to pay. YOu can’t beat it for the price!

Came in for a late breakfast two days ago. No pretense whatsoever, come as you are and sit wherever. As soon as i sit, the swift waitress brings menu and what would you like to drink? Coffee please.
The ham omelet plate arrives in less than five minutes. With home fries plus rye toast and jelly for about five and a half, quite reasonable. Coffee cup reloaded three times. Steady crowd moved through while I was there, tables cleaned quickly. Tiny rest room quite clean. Pay the friendly cashier at the counter at this welcoming family diner. Parking lot behind building, not on 49th Street.

It was cheap but in this case you get what you pay for. I ordered the Mexican omelette. It was filled with a gross salsa which was in a tomato based sauce and that was the entire filling of the omelette. It was just not good, won’t be back.

The busy bee is a solid 3. It’s not going to blow you away, but its solid. Solid as fuh, and for the price your wallet won’t feel too sickly after. Ive had better, I’ve definitely had worse. I ain’t mad at you busy, i ain’t mad at cha

This place has been here forever! They have great turkey sandwiches with real turkey, not processed pressed lunchmeat. The service here can be good or bad. Once I couldn’t get her to leae me alone for five seconds, the other time she could not remember to bring my tea until the 3rd request! But they’re real people, serving real food to everyday folk in a quaint atmosphere.
