This restaurant has the makings of something great. But, every item is a miss in execution. The menu sounds delicious. However, there is a major disconnect between the words on the menu and what shows up on your dinner plate. Every item is unseasoned, under seasoned and/​or overcooked. I’m certain the Executive Chef quitting so close to the restaurant’s launch date is no help.
I’m looking forward to what this restaurant SHOULD be and not what it currently is.
