I’m no regular here, but on occasion I get a craving for an Iced Mocha that tastes like chocolate milk. Tully’s has that down. That’s the only thing I’ve ever ordered here(I go elsewhere for my usual espresso needs), so I can’t speak on the rest of their drinks. But, I don’t imagine the rest of their drinks being bad; their Iced Mochas are very enjoyable. The service can be spotty. There are a couple ladies that work there that are sweet and take good care of the customers. But I’ve also encountered a couple of employees that aren’t friendly and/or are super slow. Whatever; Tully’s isn’t my usual haunt. But it’s good for what it is: fast-food-coffee.

Ugh. I’m sorry, but God-awful. This place is located inside the Fry’s on Chandler Blvd. I stopped by this morning to get a coffee after grabbing a couple things at the store. There is one lady working, and she’s gabbing loudly to the current customer about how their hours are being cut because they’re not selling enough coffee. As a result of her talking and being the only one there, it is taking her between 5 and 10 minutes to serve each person in line. I should have bailed and drove to Circle K, which more rewarding on almost every level. But no… I waited. And waited. She had a wet hacking cough and was frequently hacking into her hands before she would continue working. She wasn’t wearing gloves or anything… are those optional? Are you supposed to handle money and then go back to making coffee? What am I still doing here? When I finally got to the front, I ordered my plain coffee. I wasn’t asked if I wanted room for cream, so I had to pour some out. The coffee tasted like the floor of a taxicab.
