I have used super shuttle to and from the sky harbor airport a number of times and have always been very pleased with the service and the value. The drivers have been bright, friendly, and helpful. I recently compared prices with über, and super shuttle was a much better value, if you don’t mind a shared ride. As such, it’s better for the environment, too!

After being nearly ran off the road by driver van 602 almost ran into some barricades because he decided to get into the turning lane because he wanted to avoid the long line because of the construction so he pulls all the way to the front align the Traza cut in front of me and there’s no room to avoid him because the barricades I almost run into him with my daughter in the car he’s five years old we are on the way to her school he must’ve been in a hurry he thought it was funny but he was laughing and waving at us and thought it was funny taking pictures of my truck this by a driver needs to be fired completely unacceptable by a major corporation

I have a tendency to be clumsy and forgetful at times, and yet despite that I have never lost my phone (it stays glued to me at all times). However, I had a 4:40am pick-​up for a 6:47am flight and upon arriving at the airport (after a very smooth ride I might add) I left my phone on the seat as I was exiting and didn’t realise until just before I was about to go through security. Getting back to where I was dropped off I managed to tell a super shuttle employee about my plight and I was soon directed to wait exactly where I was for van #582. Seeing as my van was already in North Phoenix, they were able to organise a handoff to a different van that was traveling to Sky Harbor in order to return my phone to me. This all took between 20 – 30 minutes which still left me with enough time to get to my gate for boarding. Best service I have ever had and I am so grateful. Thank you Super Shuttle!
