The beds are ok. Glorified pool blow up. Hard to do anything on the bed besides sleep. Such as sitting down to put your shoes on. Returns are a 0. If you buy any accessories i.e. pillow, pillow cases, sheets etc and you have an issues with them you CANNOT return them to the store. You have to call customer service and get a return approval. Then they send you a label to send back and takes weeks to get a return on the same product. They really need to add in store returns on all of their products. As a customer it is not my fault a product is ripped torn or not working properly. They should exchange the return and they should send it back and give you a new one on the spot.
