I would not advise anyone to rent at this location. I first showed up to rent a unit after calling and talking with someone about the different size units. I showed up a half hour before closing time to rent and they were all put out about having to help me! Then I went to enter the storage unit on a rainy night and there were literally 10 homeless people hanging out under the covering!!!
Finally I went to vacate my unit and let the front know a week in advance… I had my lock off and vacated before the 31st but the the office had just closed. Called the following day and they said I owed $ 7 for the one day and if not paid It would go against my credit!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I gave a weeks notice and the unit was vacated before the first!!! They were rude when I notified them… even hung up on me when I asked who I was speaking!!! Shady area… would NOT recommend!!!

if you don’t have that type then you must buy one 17.00
2) 22.00 non-​refundable fee
3) Must buy insurance (cheapest is 11.00 per month)
4) Best deal is online

Great service. I booked two units and only needed one. They refunded the one I didn’t need without a hassle. Cheap rates compared to anywhere else in the greater phoenix area.
