***** update below*** Changed stars from 1 to 5 thanks to one employee There was a mix up and miscommunication on our part with the auto payment when we had already vacated our unit and were trying to cancel. The corporate office told me that the district manager would be able to issue a refund via a check and prorate the 3 days we were being charged in August for our unit. When my husband went in to the storage unit to verbally cancel, the district manager himself, I believe his name was Ryan, also said that he would be issuing a check. When I called back and spoke with him to verify that the check had been mailed out a month later, he all of a sudden did not remember who we were, and did not have any notes in the computer reminding him, and just read the terms of the lease to me. I explained to him that I understood the terms of the lease but when I called, I was told by not only corporate but also by himself that a check would be issued. All he did was apologize and say he’s very busy and runs 10 stores. Horrible customer service on his end and apparently he’s too busy with his 10 stores to care about one customer. Corporate did tell me that all refunds had to go through the district manager, but the district manager all of a sudden said he couldn’t do anything. He didn’t even attempt to try and reconcile the situation or try and make me happy. The customer service is horrible here. Once you’re out they obviously don’t care about you and don’t want any repeat business or referrals. Yes I signed a lease so that’s what they fall back on but verbally tell you something different. Very shady. **** Sharon from the regional office called me and was able to help me out. She was very professional, courteous and helpful. All that you would have expected from the district manager. Oh… My… Goodness. I called to get a quote from these guys and this guy, who for some reason informed me his middle name is Eduardo, was so incredibly rude. He wouldn’t tell me his name. After I got the quote I informed him I wrote it down and respectfully wanted to get a few other quotes… Standard stuff. Well, this gentleman would not let me get off the phone so I respectfully informed him I would follow up if I need their assistance and I hung up. He proceeded to call me a total of 17 times in a row while I was on the other line with an other place. I couldn’t even speak to the lady in the line from the other storage place without call after call coming in. That is not good customer service. That is not sales. I don’t know what that is. So rude. So disrespectful. Just absolutely crazy that they would hire someone who’s like this… I give this place 0 stars if I could.

This place is super clean and cooled. However, when I asked about providing my own lock they told me «no you have to purchase ours, its policy» yet no where does it state that in the contract. good luck trying to point that out and get a refund. Same with the renters insurance. I also brought that up and of course they said, «we told you you could purchase your own». Yea, actually you told me I could not purchase my own. Val then said, «no I did not» of course you did not Val. that would be violating«policy» right? I will not use a PS ever again based on this experience and good luck to those that do…

Let me start by saying, the place is very clean & the onsite employees were great. However, I’d like to warn people who are about to sign a contract with them to be sure to read the«small print»! My price per month went up substantially from the contract I signed, but of course it was in the small print that they can raise it whenever they wanted. Despite my verbal assurances from 3 different people of the cost. My lesson has been learned!

I stopped into Public Storage this past week and met Shirley. She was very nice and helpful. All my questions were answered and she even offered to sell me boxes and bubble wrap if I needed them. The storage unit was clean the office was well kept and orderly. I really felt welcomed and when the time comes, I will definitely rent a storage unit here!

Great customer service, easy process, highly recommend using this storage facility. The place is very clean, they have specials For holiday weekends So be on the look out. But overall a great experience.
