The facility looked nice and the service was good… at the signing of the contract. Unfortunately, the price keeps increasing on my contract. Several months after I signed a contract, I was forced to purchase insurance. Later the rate on my storage unit increased from $ 129.99 to $ 149.49. Now I’m paying $ 162.38, meanwhile their website is still advertising the $ 129.99 for new clients. I am out of town and cannot just move my things to another storage location, so I am forced to pay the higher rates. Poor customer service and lack of ethics by the manager, Nathan.
