DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I got a combination of Venus Freeze and Vaser Shape treatments to address the sagging skin on my upper thighs as a result of aging. I was extremely skeptical that my skin sagging could be addressed by these procedures. I should have listened to my gut! I specifically and emphatically stated I did not want to waste my time or money unless at least a 50% improvement was achievable. I was assured by the technician that this was achievable. At the end of the treatments we compared photos. Both the technician and the Office Manager agreed that there was only a 10% improvement, if that, in appearance. I asked for a refund and was told to come in for more treatments at no cost. I told them I would not waste my time or money as the original treatments had not worked. They refused to give me a refund. I hired an attorney. Once a settlement was reached Dr. Michael Carlton, the director of the clinic stop any and all contact with my attorney. To date, he won’t return my attorneys calls or letters.

Both my wife and I tried this therapy and loved it. Annadine was our technician. She was helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We will be back for more treatments.

I have been getting Venus Freeze treatments for over a year and they work great! This is a much better investment than spending a lot of money on wrinkle creams. Get a good quality moisturizer and get a monthly Venus Freeze treatment instead. Annadine is amazing! She will concentrate on your problem areas as you request and is very knowledgeable about the different treatments offered by Phoenix Coolbody. I highly recommend!!!

Tamara is really nice and makes you feel comfortable during your treatment. I started with the Venus freeze. It was a good treatment but then decided to give the Venus legacy a try and that treatment is even better. Who doesn’t want skin tightening plus cellulite reduction. Good services for a good price. The Venus procedure really works. I had lost a ton of weight and then found out I had a turkey neck with jowels. I looked old from my side view. Then I had the treatment and Iooked years younger. So, I bought a package of 6 Venus Freeze through Groupon for the abdomen. My introduction visit and first visit were both with Tamara; I asked a lot of questions to which she answered very professionally and I felt honestly. The office was clean, tranquil and modern and I felt very relaxed. I’m going through another groupon special at another office for a different part of my body so I can tell you the difference in price and office/attention…Phoenix Cool Body wins hands down!

This is my second encounter with Phoenix Cool Body and everyone has been super nice and professional. Each time Tamara has been my esthetician and she is very friendly and knowledgeable. They frequently have Groupon deals but regardless, they are reasonable and you get the advertised results with their lasers.

Tamara is the best. The Venus Freeze treatments I have been receiving monthly have made a real difference to my complexion. I think it really works!
