I have been trying to get ahold of someone for four days, spoke with three different employees (Lisa, Savannah, and Jennifer) sent two emails, and every time been told I’ll get a call back by the end of business day or within 10 – 15 minutes and have still not received a call back. It’s been a simple refund issue I’ve tried to have resolved and am disappointed in the customer service I’ve received.

I was Spending $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ on waxing. A friend of mine was excited about her last treatment at FNI. When I inquired why I too was excited. She had laser hair removal on her facial hair. As an blended African American woman I was unable to find someone who was qualified & I could trust to preform this service with my skin tone. I will just say I am now excited to because Clarine has changed my life & saved me time, money and years of pain… Thank you!!!

I had laser hair removal for my underarms at FNI and now they are so smooth and hair free. It’s so worth the money not to have to shave. and not to worry about lifting up your arms and being a hairy bear. I highly recommend Clarine. She is so professional and she has excellent skills with the laser.
