I started using Origins products a couple months ago and have been happy with just about everything I have used. I have very sensitive skin and have received great recommendations from the staff.
The store recently went through a remodel and is super clean and incredibly easy to shop. Each wall section is organized in a way that makes sense and is easy to shop. They even have a wall of samples to the left and behind the registers. If you want to sample something that doesn’t come in a little packet, the employees will be happy to put together a little container for you.
I’ve only had one experience that didn’t meet my expectations and that’s only because I felt rushed. I like to walk into a store and browse on my own, but on this particular day I was pushed to the register as soon as I told the sales woman what I was looking for. Probably a good thing though… I’m sure I saved some money that day.

I love Origins. Their products are FANTASTIC. I love just about every product I’ve ever purchased from Origins (the Blade Runner shaving cream was so-​so, and in my mind didn’t justify the expense). I can’t speak for the women, but as a male its refreshing to have a full line of products at your disposal. I would highly recommend the Check and Balances face wash. For the guys, I’m a big fan of the charcoal body wash – it has such a refreshing masculine licorice smelly goodness. Believe me, women appreciate a guy who has good hygiene! I’ve only been to the Origins at the Biltmore Fashion Park once, but I had a wonderful experience with «Carrie.» She was very helpful and introduce me to some new products I hadn’t used before. She gave me lots of samples too, which really just puts me over the edge and keeps me coming back!

The Origins at Biltmore Fashion Park is my FAVORITE! I love that quaintness of this location and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.
Origins products are DIVINE! 100% natural, fantastic smelling and work wonders on the skin. I swear by them and wouldn’t think of using anything else on my face/​body.
They even offer complimentary facials! And what a wonderful way to rejuvenate after a day of shopping at the Biltmore!
