META Hastle! Never go there. Absolutly the worst place to buy anything! Lies, hustle, hastle, etc. Take your money and then hide from you if something is not right. Used car saleman mantality.
Bought a bed that was as lumpy as a sack of potatos! Wrong style and you can’t get any manager to talk to you and replace it… They sent and inspector who varified it’s defect, then they needed an inspector to inspect the inspector while days pass and we sleep on the floor. Be warned. Mega Furniture is the worst buying experience ever!

I purchased a bed frame at their Indian School location and had it delivered to my house. When the delivery was made I noticed that the headborad was scratched, and not the kind of scratches that happen during the delivery, this was old and deep. I contacted their warehouse and they said they didn’t have any other in stock, so after sending them pictures of the damaged headboard, multiple calls and waiting a week they agreed to replace it and ordered me another one. After another week of waiting I finally got the new one delivered in a very similar condition than the first one! I called the warehouse prior to the delivery people leaving my house and they advise me to sign the receipt order and on it there was an option to clarify receipt conditions, so they had me explain what was wrong with it. Warehouse told me they would receive that receipt and call me back. It’s been 2 months. I NEVER received a call back from these people and after all the calls and time that it took me to have the first one replaced I decided yo just give up! This company is absolutely worthless to work with and prices are not as reasonable as they advertise. Never again!

Too good to be true! I got a dining pub table last month. When I got home, there was a crack on the top! I had to drive all the way back and got it exchanged. I put the table together and everything was okay. 8 days later, I saw my table in a ad for $ 100 cheaper. I called to get the difference back and they said no. What kind of practice is that? Cheap furniture, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
