Horrible customer service. Leased a washer and dryer set. Dryer stopped working unless I prop something against the door. They suggested that I come in and get the part and they would show me how to fix it myself.
After insisting that they come to me, they realized it wasn’t the part that they thought it was and I was told it would need to go in for repair.
A month later, I still had not received my dryer back. I kept getting the run around when I called. Fed up I called the District Manager.
Once I did that, they called me right away and said my dryer just came back.
When they delivered it, it had dents and scratches all over it. The deliver guy took pictures for the manager, and I waited a while for him to call. He didn’t. I called him at which time he was more than happy to help out and said he would do whatever it takes to replace it.
Another month has gone by, and I had to call the manager. He was with someone but I was assured he would call back. An hour and a half went by, so I called him.
He was quick to blame it on the repair center and said that they need to pay for the replacement. I told him that is not my issue. I pay my bill monthly on time. I expect the dryer I purchased to be returned to me in the same condition. After all, I am the customer.
It looks like that doesn’t matter… that is until you call the DM. I have been an Aarons customer for years but I am so furious that I will NEVER purchase from Aarons again. After giving the manager a piece of my mind, I received a call back telling me the replacement will be delivered on Friday between 4 – 8.
Now, I wonder if I will have to call to remind them to deliver the replacement.
This store sucks. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Beware. They are so nice and professional until you make your purchase. After they hook you, they don’t care.

I know that I’m paying about 4 – 5 times over retail because my credit sucks, but I really don’t mind. Have you seen how these guys dress here, they’re so professional looking. No farmer plaid shirts here!
